DAY 49 - PROTEIN CHEESE.
Cheese I something I do really like in proportion, I'm not really one for cheese boards, and I can't really tell you the difference between the different kinds either but, I like cheese on stuff.
But what I don't like is the high fat and high calorific value cheese normally holds. But I have recently tried protein cheese!
I have tried both the @myproteinuk one and the @musclefooduk (pictured, comes already grated) and they both taste amazing, really giving any meal an almost 'normal' feeling to it, even if it was perfectly planned out to the gram!
For a 30g serving of this cheese, you get 11.9g protein, 0.1g carbs and only 0.9g of fat! All for 51 calories!
Just something I would recommend, even if you are just looking to lose a few rounds before summer, alternatives to high fat foods are the way to go, and I personally can't really tell the difference between this and normal cheese!
Pancake Sunday 🙌 @leanfitbrand All-In-One protein pancakes with strawberries and @sunbutter. Last night I won a rock, paper, scissors championship 👊👋✌ and won a trip to Vegas 👑 Still in shock I won! Hope everyone has an amazing day! ✌
It only makes sense that you mix up the two of the most common breakfast meals. You have to pick out all of the marshmallows because no one wants the other part of the cereal.
Sunday stacks of protein pancakes 🥞 pots of coffee ☕️ and Black Mirror #netflixlife On a level of 1 to @danitzad these were a 7, because after I ate them I realized I should have put butter or almond butter on them 🤷🏻♀️#progressnotperfection#pancakeday
Ok, but first pancakes 😋

Simple Ragi and Oats pancakes flavoured with desiccated coconut.
It's gluten-free, sugar free, and eggless. 😁
I have two versions of this recipe. This is the simpler one.
But I've neither shared the other one's recipe nor this. If I ever put up a food blog, I will.
For now, it'll be my secret recipe to instant happiness. 😍❤ .
So, today being Sunday I caught up with a week's worth of sleep and slept throughout the afternoon without meaning to. Woke up at 5pm to an angry sister's incessant scoldings of how I missed lunch.
Then these beauties happened. Takes less than 10 mins to make, really. 😄
