It's been dark when I leave the office. But today, I'm leaving early, because of the Thanksgiving holiday. And, y'all, there are still flowers in some of the beds and planters. All this beauty that I couldn't see, because of the darkness. But it was there the whole time. When it's dark, you have to remember that the beauty is there.
Pretty pansy. 🌸🌻
I'm waiting outside the hospital and taking photos of plants while this old guard stares at me because I'm in Plant City and god forbid I am young and look like a vagrant (even though today I'm wearing a floral minidress, fake Keds, and a beanie), and am not sitting on a bench or in a hot car (I'm sitting on the ground as usual, I like to be grounded). The real question is why is he just sitting for half an hour staring at me and also his phone and not driving his golf cart around working? The sass is strong today.
The pansies in the ice cubes looks beautiful but there is one problem, they are sort of frozen on top of the ice cube. So this is how you should do it to avoid this problem: fill the ice tray with a little bit of water and add the flowers (preferably face down). Freeze. Add water to top up and freeze again. Voila ! #edibles#edibleflowers#pansies#gin and 🌺
