SOLD ☆ Twin-Terminated Smoky Quartz with Amazonite from the Crystal Peak area, Park County, Colorado. Complete floater with a self-healed contact point on the bottom, multiple smaller smoky crystals and a couple of rainbows. What I love about this piece is how balanced and supportive the smokys are. They began as seperate crystals and merged into a single and complete floater over hundreds of thousands of years. With the Amazonite, this is a great piece to help bring balanced and loving communication into any home or relationship.

December flew by! We were so fortunate to have @nickicoble and Ed visit us at our snowy housesitting job. These Californians were dreaming of a white Christmas and they definitely got it. We were worried the next storm might trap them in Montana, but we had a blast playing in the snow, and they got home to sunshine just fine. One of the highlights? Introducing them to Doug, the Jack Russell. Plus, family time and lots of food. Are you still reeling from the holidays or did you take it easy? 📷 @travelingfilmmaker
One of our housesitting responsibilities is taking care of the dogs. Doug, a Jack Russel Terrier, has more personality in his little body than most dogs three times his size. Plus, Doug and Lily (the black dot in the background) get us out walking everyday. It’s been perfect for our boys who long for pets, but probably won’t have any for awhile.
I don’t love being up for hours in the dark, but as we hurtle toward the winter solstice, I do appreciate catching 8 am sunrises. Summer, with all its delightful daylight, starts too early for me to appreciate.
