"SIMPLE NOT EASY."
It's simple to lose weight. Burn MORE calories than you in take each day, hit the gym and follow a solid program.
It's simple to gain weight. Burn LESS calories than you in take each day, hit the gym and follow a solid program.
The issue isn't complexity, it's the fact that it gets hard! When you're motivated and ready to take on the world, you'll always get it done. But it's just as important to get it done when you're not in the mood.
CONSISTENCY! CONSISTENCY! CONSISTENCY!
Stick to it and you'll get the result! You've got this!

Happy Monday! After a week of getting back into the swing of things, I am now so pumped and excited for 2018! This is looking like a huge year full of big projects, new clients and exciting things to be talking about. Who's with me?
Time is the one who knows what the answer. The answer of the questions of our life. We need time to tell us every single thing properly and correctly.
Time will guide our destination, should we keep on going or should we stop it. Time shall freedom the lost man, or let that man with his faith. We can't turn back the time, cause time is always moving forward, and never looking back. But at the time, you have no choice, you only can surrender or be a loser.
It’s been a pretty tough weekend for sunsets. Large swathes of the National Park we took the car through last weekend burnt in bush fires this weekend, the smoke cloud to the south also put out some spectacular colours this evening
🎉 PSA: It's happening!!! 🎉Edition 2 of my #getfatwithnatfoodcrawl series is locked and loaded. I am so excited to be crawling through Parramatta with you guys. 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽This is the area in which I grew up, so I can not wait to show you how far the suburb has come along and how much amazing food is on offer! So, save the date, tag your feasting buddies and stay tuned for ticket info! You can RSVP via the link in my bio x #getfatwithnat
Thanks to @spooningaust for capturing me getting intimate with my piece of toast 😂
🔹Sandwiched between high-rise apartments in Parramatta’s CBD, Jubilee park is a green space in amongst the concrete jungle. Used largely as a thoroughfare in the morning and evening commute to and from work, the real beauty of the park is in its many other uses and well maintained grounds
🔹There is a large grassed area that spans the entire park. It is suitable for ball sports and other activities requiring a large space. Ideally however, it is suited for those wanting to wind down during their lunch break, with either yoga, quiet reading, or even calisthenics for those willing to sweat in between work hours, as there is gym equipment on one side of the park
🔹The main attraction to the park is the children’s play equipment. It includes a small merry-go-round, see saw, swings, wooden climbing gym and even a water pump and basin. This attracts a lot of families to the park on weekends, as the mix of grassed area and play equipment makes it great for picnics and gatherings.
I'm standing in a prison cell of Convict Precinct on @cockatooisland and I'm sure if I was in their shoes a few hundred years ago I won't be smiling but it does make a terrific backdrop for photography though. The backdrop reminds me of some ruins of Ancient Greece or Egypt at first glance but it's the solitary cells for convict solitary confinement used for punishment. If you are interested in history you can take the audio tour on @cocktatooisland and walk from location to location which are well numbered and easy to follow by a map to learn about another part of Australia's history. Convict confinement is only one part of Cockatoo Island's history. It was also a reform school and Australia's leading shipyard. Cockatoo Island is an awesome day trip or overnight trip on the weekend for something interesting and different to see, taste and do in Sydney! Happy Sunday evening and have a wonderful week ahead. Thank you so much for those who have been following my Instastories and my journey this weekend. It has been interesting bouncing around observations with those who have been there too or are thinking of going! ... I'm wearing white, the colour cockatoos and the colour of seagulls, probably the largest living species on this island. And boy have I learnt something about seagull behaviour! By the way, the Visitor's Centre offers earplugs if you don't want to hear seagulls squawking in the middle of the night! 🙌🏻👌😎☺️🤗 ...
