There’s nothing that says happy healthy and natural more than home grown produce.
I have been watching these little babies for what feels like forever waiting for one to be ready to eat! Finally that day has come, and this juicy little passion fruit did not disappoint!
Growing your own fruit and vegetables does take some time, and a little effort, but the reward is definitely worth it. Fresh, beautiful, tasty fruits and vegetables with no chemicals, pesticides, or whatever else they spray all over our fresh produce these days! I know my family are eating healthy, naturally grown tasty fruit and vegetables!
For those of you who already grow your own fruits and veg, tell me, what’s your favourite thing to grow? And for those that don’t. I encourage you to give it a go. You won’t be disappointed!
Fresh off the vine passion fruit from my in-laws garden. Just one bush yielded over 300 of these babies in less than a month! So given we’re drowning in the stuff, I did some research and turns out passion fruit is pretty much good for everything - extremely high levels of vitamins and minerals, boosts immunity, keeps skin hydrated, aids digestion, improves circulation, prevents cancer and interestingly gives relief from insomnia and asthma attacks. Plants are amazing. 🌿🌸#passionfruit#superfood#homegrown
