#breakfast 💕 some say it's the most important meal of the day..some say only #fruit before 12pm, others just eat eggs or protein based breakfasts....others (you know who you are...mom!!!) just love the #pastries 😳🙀😂 and some skip it #breakfast all together.....Whatever you decide to do...ask yourself honestly..."do I feel energised by my choice or do I want to flop back into bed??? 💕❤️This is your greatest clue and if you listen to your body and make the changes it's asking you for....the value to your mind and body will be immeasurable.....personally I only eat fruit (and not all fruit goes) until lunchtime ...that's what works for me ❤️😘 Yoga & Fruit for #breakfast is my most energising start to the day!!
