This blend of fresh, minty herbal goodness relieves all the tension.🌱 Stress//Hormonal//Environmental. It is so refreshing! I particularly love that it has Frankincense in it. 🙌🏼 Comes in a convenient roll-on so just swipe on temples or back of neck and be on with your day. 👊🏼
Pregnancy oil tip #2 : Pregnancy headachesss. I’ve had them with both pregnancies and they are rough. Pregnancy headaches with my first pregnancy were actually what got me into oils to begin with. I ordered a peppermint oil from a friend and would use it whenever I had a headache. This pregnancy I decided to try out PastTense, and it worked like a dream for me! The earlier you catch the headache with the oils, the more effective they are for me I’ve learned. Peppermint is another good one for headaches, but PastTense is my personal go to now. I don’t like to take any sort of medication while pregnant, so this was a lifesaver for me. I roll it on my temples, hairline, back of neck, and if the headache is centralized anywhere I’ll try to roll it on that particular spot as well. .
Look what arrived today!!! (swipe left)
My January #doTerra#LRP has #Breathe and #PastTense#essentialoil blend roll on. PastTense hopefully will help manage my stress at work. The #EOSpa bath bar which I can't wait to try but is actually intended for hubby @dashiwishi because he does not really like to use body wash. Time to set aside those Dettol bars LOL! And last but not the least, the #TerraShield#eo blend which I plan to diffuse in the kitchen to reduce the insects that come in.
And now there's a CNY promo that is so timely -- I have been eyeing the #Verage skin care line. Before and after photos soon! 😊

This bottle is amazing...! Yes it's a strong smelling blend and you're welcome to dilute it down further if you wish, but WOW! So effective at easing head and neck tension! ✅
I woke up this morning with my head pounding and tense shoulders 😒
A few swipes of Past Tense on the shoulders, back of the neck and temples, and the pounding eased and the tension in my shoulders subsided so quickly and I could get on with enjoying my (hot) day.
PastTense was in the very first order I ever received over 3 years ago and it has helped me out of many a jam!
I have a very reactive neck after car accidents (never my fault so don't stress about me being on the road) 😉 and that causes a lot of head tension and tight neck and shoulder muscles. PastTense is a staple blend in my handbag! It's one I can't bear to run out of or not have with me (much like Frankincense). PastTense includes Wintergreen, Lavender, Peppermint, Frankincense, Cilantro, Marjoram, Roman Chamomile, Basil, and Rosemary 💚

Oh and the book is pretty amazing too 😉 I seriously recommend it. It is so well written by #dianeackerman and tells the story of Antonina & Jan Zabinski who rescued hundreds of Jews during WW2 by hiding them in their zoo.

Past Tense or Present Tense. Which is best for your narrative?
I hear this question quite often, and it's a tricky one to answer.
Past Tense has been the most common narrative style used going back centuries. It naturally allows for a "wordier" style, mostly because so many of the words have extra syllables in order to make them past tense. This translates to a test that flows more elegantly.
Present tense, on the other hand, packs a punch. It's crisper and gets to the point.
For most stories, present tense works best when told in First-person POV, it there are definitely successful works out there written in third-person present.
No matter which one you choose to use, remember that it's all about the flow. Any time you or your readers get tripped up by the narrative, have to read a sentence again, or the words chosen take you out of the moment, it's time to re-evaluate the sentence as well as the tense.
My "de quervain tenosynovitis" (also known as new mother's wrist) has been acting up INTENSELY lately. I forgot my deep blue before leaving my house this morning but my second go to (FAVE) PastTense is going to do the trick! The cooling sensation feels great and the marjoram does wonders for any tendon, arthritis, or nervous system issues 😊 #dequervaintenosynovitis#newmotherswrist#pasttense#essentialoils#oillife#painrelief
