Every now and then I like to test my fitness, which involves putting my body through something extremely challenging.
Running a half marathon within a week of signing up, with a serious lack of training has left me feeling slightly broken.
But completing the 13.1miles in 1 hour 34 minutes, 16 minutes faster than my first and previous attempt 2 years ago, made it worth while.
Now for the next challenge ...
#breakfast this morning before an amazing session at the gym💪🏼🏃- where I tried so many new things and got a deadlift pb🏋since last time- was my fave combo of 2 #weetabae 🍶with #alpro coconut milk🍼, chopped banana🍌 and #wholeearth smooth pb🌰alongside a plum🍑and a mug of coconut milky #twinings Strong English Breakfast tea🍼☕️💗🙌🏻 I'm collecting my membership cards for the Expedition Society, Extunes Music Society and Acapella group and MedSoc this morning, so that's exciting! Then I'll head back to read for today's lecture, have a quick lunch, then head off for my Biochemistry and Genetics lecture🙂I'm looking forward to getting stuck into some lectures, actually, as my brain craves structure, new information and more of a sense of purpose than it has had recently, ahaha😂I also have another lecture over at the other campus this evening: Fundamental Skills for Medical Scientists, so that should be good. 🌟

Wystarczy wieczorem, dnia popszedniego, wsypać do słoika czy miseczki płatki owsiane - u mnie 1/2 szklanki, mleko - u mmie jest to oczywiście roślinne, a konkretnnie sojowe 1 szklanka, cynamon i co tylko chcecie. U mnie były to pokrojone daktyle 😜
Dodatkowo ja moją owsiankę przygotowałam w słoiku po naślę orzechowym - pomysł podpatrzony u wieeeeelu osób na instagramie 😅
Jeśli ktoś lubi zimne owsianki to rano wystarczy dodać owocę i jeść. Jednak u mnie owsianka może być tylko na ciepło, więc moja papka spędziła jeszcze 1,5min w mikrofalówce.

Starting Monday morning out side my comfort zone, I haven't squatted properly since our last combine testing in June and even then I was suffering from a bad back/tight hip flexors. Some time away and a deload last week I decided to test it out, feeling strong I kept pushing the weight up and BAM got a new pb off 60kg 15kg heavier on the bar than June! Plus you've got to get a pb when training in @grenadeofficial gymwear! And before the form police start- I'm aware I need to improve depth and form! But super happy!
