I love SO many things about this... but what I love most is that these ladies aren't just setting goals and hoping something will happen.... they are taking ACTION! -
That's the difference between people who are successful and who are not. Successful people take ACTION. They seek PROGRESS not perfection. They FAIL forward. Now, that's what I'm talking about! -
HELLO?! Who wants to be a part of that?! I know I do! Surround yourself with positive, like-minded people. Set goals. Take ACTION. One thing I have learned is that DONE is better than perfect.

Wow. Can I just take a minute and share with you all how grateful I am? As I write these words, my eyes are becoming filled with tears because I’m FINALLY embracing the woman I was created to be. Its scary, exciting, overwhelming, but FULFILLING. -
Two and a half years ago when I decided to become a virtual health coach, I had NO idea what God had in store for me. I came to realize that I had a gift and that was simply a desire to help other women who were struggling, just like me. Under any circumstance, always do your best, no more and no less. But keep in mind that your best is never going to be the same from one moment to the next. Everything is alive and changing all the time, so your best will sometimes be high quality, and other times it will not be as good. When you wake up refreshed and energized in the morning, your best will be better than when you are tired at night. Your best will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick; it will depend on whether you are feeling wonderful and happy, or angry and upset.
In your everyday moods your best can change from one moment to another, from one hour to the next, from one day to another. Your best will also change over time, but keep doing your best — no more and no less than your best. If you try too hard to do more than your best, you will spend more energy than is needed and in the end your best will not be enough. When you overdo, you deplete your body and go against yourself, and it will take you longer to accomplish your goal.
If you just do your best, there is no way you can judge yourself. And if you don’t judge yourself there is no way you are going to suffer from guilt, blame, and self-punishment. If you have done your best and your inner Judge tries to judge you, you’ve got the answer: “I did my best.” There are no regrets. That is why we always do our best. Life has pushed, shoved and kicked me when I was down.
Through it all I thought my life would never be the same. But life goes on..... even though I wouldn't wish the hell I went through on my worst enemy.
Looking back on the past year I am glad I did because of the person I was forced to become. It molded me into a person who now will look for the good in every situation. I know without that quality I would given up when times got hard.
So right about now you're wondering where the heck is his pep talk going...... and I'm here talking to all the woman out there who feel stuck and want to give up.
Just remember.... Life is tough darling, but so are YOU 🎀
