When ur having a rough week but this little one pulls you through. Sorry not posted much this week guys. I have slipped up a bit with the sugar and ate a bit of crap so felt awful the last couple days. Good job my lil pom has been by my side to cheer me up. Dunno what I would do without her.
Wow Thanksgiving snuck up on me this year! I've spent the last few semesters in school on the DL studying nutrition & kinesiology & with my broken leg & the holidays i'm about to really see how dialed in I am lol I know many of you struggle with food, especially this time of year, I just want to remind you not to be too hard on yourselves; my #pcoswarriors I'm lookin at y'all. I know you may feel hopeless, I know others doubt you eat healthy & workout when you do, I know the results come slower for you than for other people but please do not let that catch up to you. Be smart. Enjoy. But be smart. Rise above it. Don't think for a second that I don't STILL hear negative comments when I decide I want a pint of ice cream. The fact I've lost 60 lbs now is completely irrelevant to someone who can't be happy for me, they don't acknowledge my success only revel in what they perceive to be my flaws. Do I care? Nope. I finish my pint, lick the spoon, & silently giggle at such a pathetic attempt to sink me. There will always be people who want a piece of success but make no efforts in their own lives so they think they can help themselves to a slice of yours. Distance yourself from those people because that attitude ensures only one thing: the only time those people will ever get a cut of success is when they're sawing on yours. They know it too, that's why they hack away at yours with their rusty blade & broken handle. My advice? File your nails, fix your hair & go on being fabulous 😘
Transformation Tuesday ✨ Bit different today! This was last year July in Bali, shorts and top were snug and I was actually feeling slim. 10 weeks keto they are now loose! I’m also down 0.6 this week which means I’m at a 4.6kg loss 🙌🏼 3 days till Im back in Bali and I’m finally feeling confident to be in bathers☀️
"What lies behind us and what lies ahead of us are tiny matters compared to what lives within us" -Henry David Thoreau
I've been making a lot of mindset shifts recently. It's been peacefully chaotic if I had to put it into words. It's feeling lost, but knowing you're in the right direction. Not having anything that you are currently manifesting, but knowing it's all right around the corner. I've come to realize that anything in my past or in my future doesn't define me. Nothing. It's all, everything I need already within. I'm focusing on just being present and focusing on the moment. Staying true to my values & letting them be my guide. Making decisions out of love and not fear 🏹❤️🌱
Feeling much better today, breathing easier and not as much neck and shoulder pressure. My throat is finally not hurting it just feels really tight.
So I'm having some chicken bone broth with butter, ginger, turmeric, pink salt and lite salt
Staying on track with my healthy lifestyle up until Thanksgiving day. This morning's brunch (yes I woke up that late😉) is a breakfast quesadilla. Most people may see my posts may not realize who's that weird chick taking pics of her food and while they wouldn't be wrong in the least (I'll own my weirdness) I'm the smallest I've been in years thanks to carb cycling part of the reason it works so well for me is because I never feel deprived. Today for example it's my low carb day but for breakfast you can have a carb, I've tried every diet known to man but as most people can probably relate I never made time to eat, I was probably starving myself. When I say this I'm not trying to push carb cycling on anyone, I just hope one of my posts inspires someone to take control of their life, their relationship with food and the way they look at life because we have enough statistics don't let yourself be another.
P.S. My food tastes better than before now that I know how to prepare food for taste, diet food doesn't all taste like s**t #pcoswarriors#transformapp#fitfoodie#notanotherstatistic#selflove
It’s crazy to reflect on the past several months of this coaching “thing”....what started as me wanting to get in shape, drop some weight after 3 kiddos in 3 years, and get my hormones under control has turned into something SO much more… 👉🏼Its blessed me with friendships with people I would have never even met. 👉🏼Its taught me how to be a better wife and momma. 👉🏼Its allowed me to focus on others & help them to feel better & live better. 👉🏼Its kept me accountable on my own fitness journey. 👉🏼Its given me the chance to lead others & help them make their vision become reality. 👉🏼Its helped me to regain control over my pcos & endometriosis. 👉🏼It’s completely transformed my life over the past few months. 👉🏼It continues to push me to grow as a person.
And NOW I’m ready to focus on continuing to pour into others to help their visions become realities too. Want to know more? Think you’re READY?!?
If you’ve ever wondered what it looks like to do this "coach thing" comment below and I’ll message you.

Well 28 started off with a bang💥 the day after my birthday, I was diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome). For years, I had been told that my irregular periods were due to stress or me being an athlete. But then I gained some weight despite working out/eating healthy-ish. And my acne wouldn’t go away no matter how well I treated my skin. And I was exhausted despite sleeping well the night previously. My body just didn’t feel good...all the time. I’ve likely had this for years and had no idea. Did you know that 10% of American women have PCOS and it’s the leading cause of infertility for women? Many women don’t even know that they have it...that’s crazy!! In an effort to minimize my symptoms, I’ll be switching up my diet...If you have PCOS, please message me and tell me what’s worked best for you. Keto? Low carb/gluten/dairy free? Vegetarian? I’m trying to learn as much as I can and connect with other women who have it💙💙 #knowledgeispower#endocrineprobz#shitgetsrealonintsa

Change is HARD. Did you know that our brains can literally be chemically addicted to behaviors that keep us from seeing the positive results we want in our lives? Trying to make positive changes, but only finding ourselves repeating our same poor habits like sleeping in, giving in to that treat meal, skipping our workouts or even thinking negative thoughts are similar to going through withdrawal. Next time you flop keep this in mind. Don't use it as an excuse or crutch, just use it to be real with yourself and not beat yourself up over it. If a few or more slip ups cause a cycle of you feeling incapable your minds winning. It's keeping you in that safe cozy spot where nothing ever changes because it prefers immediate reward vs long term.
Treated myself to 2 new ebooks to get started on combatting the symptoms of this condition. I have read both thoroughly and have a much better idea of what I am dealing with. Now armed with a battle plan of how I want to approach this and hopefully get fit and healthy. My doctor is going to love me... (not)
I highly recommend 8 steps to reverse pcos it is fantastic and full of great case studies and information to suit all types of pcos sufferer.
I now know what I need to ask my Dr. to test for so that I can get a full picture of how my condition is affecting me and then from there we can work out the best diet and supplement plan.
Hopefully I can combat this and get my fertility back naturally, wouldn't that be great?! #healthyliving#understandpcos#everyonedifferent#pcosawareness#cysterstogether#pcosvsme#pcoswarriors#nevergiveup
Drenched! 💦 upper lip sweat don’t care 💁🏽 💪🏼
Didn’t want to workout today, but buckled down and thought about my “WHY.” We all have a reason, something that lights a fire in you🔥, something or someone that gets your ass off the couch! Find your “why” and get it done!
"How you do one thing is how you do everything" .. Ever since I started pushing myself harder physically I started pushing myself harder and holding myself to higher standards in other areas of my life. Waking up every day and making the harder decision to make your body uncomfortable and do what's hard converts to the same thing in other areas. I try to use this knowledge mindfully & workout with a purpose. Last month I went for a short run after my work out because I felt it would help me get into the mindset of doing more than the minimum (my normal routine) & push the extra mile doing the things you don't want to do (like running 😂). One of my goals this month is to get upside down every day. It's scary, it's not natural, I need to face some of my fears a little more head on. So I'll either get a little braver at the end of the month and/or I'll end up with some sick inversions. #winwin There's a lot of science & studies on how closely the mind & body are connected & about how pushing yourself physically can create more mental strength you can go read about it or better yet test it out. 💪🏼 @popfitclothing these are still some of my favs. Click that link in my bio if ya want a sweet deal ✌🏼
This is my version of #sixpicsofme ✨ I rarely take photos of myself so here is six photos of me with some of my favourite people 💕 thanks for the tag @_ketodaisy @the_fatchelorette & @busybeegetshealthy 😘
I’m about to get real...this about sums up my morning:
✖️early morning sweat...and finally migraine free! 🙏🏼
✖️put Asher’s costume on because I didn’t take any up close pics yesterday! 😂 #imafraud ✖️I may have dipped a Kit Kat in my shake for breakfast...
Real life is not perfect any day around here, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything! ❤️❤️❤️
Good morning. Feeling a little lazy today and pmsie. Love this cereal, it's plantbase, gluten-free, and totally yummy. It looks like a lot because i took a non ripped banana and cut up some slices under it. Why non ripped? My hormones are on fire right now. I don't want the extra amount of sugar a ripped banana produce. You can't burn fat when sugar is in your blood stream. I added some pecans & cinnamon. Life right here! Healthy fat help stabilize your blood sugar. Add it to your meals. Make sure it's a whole food. Stay away from oils as your go to healthy fat choices if you can..#holestichealthcoach#lupuswarrior#pcoswarriors#cleaneating#wholefoods#plantbaselife#stepbet#vegandiet#plantbase#gluten -free
