Some of these supplements are new to me to try to help my PCOS and endometriosis.  Does anyone have success with any of these?  Anyone not like any of them?  How about things I’m missing?

I’m literally obsessed with Avocados 🥑 I love their rich yet creamy texture and how you can add them to so many dishes!. Avocados do get a bad rap for being high in fat however they contain healthy monounsaturated fats and ironically I lost more weight when I added them to my PCOS diet.

My brain (and the damn scale) has me feeling like an oompa loompa lately! That’s why the scale sucks and progress pictures are much more accurate! I may be 20 pounds heavier then my lightest last year, but I’m still a long away (in a healthier direction) then I was a few years ago. In order: My most recent; best, less PCOS bloat day(today).... (second photo) 3 days, 2 years ago, after I was diagnosed with PCOS. I had a cyst rupture internally over spring break, had surgery, and all of a sudden lost 25lbs of ovary tissue and blood.....(last photo) about 4 days ago, the worst cyst bloating I’ve had since I had to be hospitalized. #PCOS is no joke, the physical change your body goes through in a week, let alone years, is scary. There are days where I’m a size 8 in jeans, and others I’m a size 15 just based on how inflamed my cysts are... BMI means nothing when I have 5+ cysts on&in my ovaries expanding and contracting everyday. I am 1️⃣ in 🔟 women who suffer physically and emotionally from PCOS. If I didn’t suck at life so hard I’d own a #PCOS and #endometriosis dedicated gym🤔 BUT for now, Shoutout to my #pcoscysters and fellow #pcoswarriors the journey ain’t over till we bleed out! Ok, so something unexpected and awesome happened today. My inbox was flooded when I got to work this morning and I had to skip breakfast due to being so busy. Then, at lunch, my delivery guy forgot my rice that was supposed to come with my salmon and zucchini kabobs from Zoe’s kitchen, which resulted in a tiny lunch. Well, now I am sitting here at 4pm and I’m not starving like I usually am at this time. (I mean, sure..I could eat, but I’m not dying). I have to wonder, does skipping breakfast have something to do with my appetite being altered this way? I usually practice intermittent fasting (loosely) at nighttime, but never in the morning. I’m praying that I’ve found the golden ticket to satiety by skipping breakfast! ...and a little more on the subject for anyone who is not familiar with intermittent fasting: It used to be a common belief that skipping breakfast was a no no. You might have heard something along the lines of, “Eating breakfast jump starts your metabolism in the morning!” ..or “Skipping breakfast will make you fat!” Well, new research has shown that this is not the case. Read up on intermittent fasting and you’ll see what I mean. I’m going to skip breakfast again tomorrow! Hoping to have the same outcome that I did today! I’ve been struggling with hunger for the past year that I’ve been on this weight loss mission. “Reese’s Peanut Butter cups” she says. I tell her to incorporate cacao powder whenever she craves it, to give her body that hit of magnesium and polyphenols it’s craving.

“Carbs” she says. I have her incorporate more complex carbohydrates like sweet potatoes, beets, squash and cruciferous veggies like broccoli, cauliflower and brussel sprouts.

Many times, our body tells us exactly what it needs in the way that it knows best. If we give it a cheap imitation of what it actually wants, you will continue to crave and crave until you become a woman run by cravings.

If you are eating a well-rounded, nutrient-dense diet and still experiencing intense cravings for sugary or carb-rich foods, it might be a good time to check in and make sure your gut is high-functioning (no candida overgrowth or parasites) and your hormones are balanced (especially insulin). Bis nächste Woche soll auch der Antrag bei mir sein und ich muss damit dann zur Krankenkasse. Ich bin gespannt was die sagen werden, aber ich hab das große los gezogen das ich eine Krankenkasse habe die erstmal alles ablehnt (sagte mir mein Arzt heut )😣. Second week down and 2 lbs lighter! I wasn’t expecting it, I’ve been 100% on plan but I’ve not eaten a lot and past experience shows me the more I eat, the more I lose! If I skip meals, my body finds it harder to lose any weight, it just holds onto the fat harder lol. Feeling better now and back at work tomorrow, so will hopefully get all my meals back on track and eat regularly. I’d like to get past the half stone mark for next week but feel like star week is approaching as I feel grouchy and bloated 🙄. I always retain a lot of fluid. Sticking to plan and it will Keep going in the right direction, each day on plan means another day closer to my goal.

Bilance minulého týdne....Jídlo se docela dařilo.. jedla jsem vesměs zdravě a pravidelně, trochu mi to narušily návštěvy, kde se prostě jídlo neodmítá, naštěstí holky vaří rozumně. Celý týden jsem byla trochu nemocná a úplně bez energie, tak sem ani sportu moc nedala. Musím se víc soustředit na pití, problém je, že vůbec nemám žízeň a snadno na to zapomenu. Day 21 - they say it takes 21 days to create a habit and 90 days to create a lifestyle. Im doing the CWP 60 day challenge, I've managed the 21 days and plan to do the next 60/90 & beyond. I did CWP 5 years ago and was a stone away from goal I started much slimmer than I am this time around.  I have PCOS so it's a struggle for me to lose weight and maintain it but with CWP I can. So I don't get as large losses as others and it may take me twice as long. It's weigh day tomorrow but this is my journey, I'm not comparing myself to others Im concentrating on consistency not just the number on the scale.  I want to be the best version of ME! This isn't just a lifestyle it is a life change, I will hit goal and maintain 💪🏽.
