Giving Thanks to the loving community we have, and for all the positive visions & creations that are unfolding around us. 🙏
First, we wanted to let you know that Tier 1 tickets to our New Year Activation celebration Re:New are almost gone. Therefore we recommend that you get your tickets now if you want to save money and secure your New Year journey with us. ✨
Second, we are so grateful to share that the magical musician Plantrae will take us on a lush heart-opening journey into the late hours with the closing set for our weekend celebration. ❤️ We thought it will be a sweet & soothing way to ground down from the all the ecstatic higher-energy dancing we'll be doing on both nights.
@plantrae roams the forests and detritus of modernity, crafting earthy beats music clearly evocative of its NW origin. Energetic and serenely beautiful, Plantrae’s sound threads a distinctive path between acoustic instrumentation, and exhilarating electronic production. Crisp beats and graceful melodies are effortlessly woven together, with live viola bringing an undercurrent of indelible warmth to an already lush palette. 🎻
You can check out Plantrae's beautiful creations, get more info about Re:New and/or secure your tickets on our event page at www.LivingPrism.us 💠
We hope you have a wonderful day with family and/or friends... 🙏💙🦋
We are closed today for Thanksgiving. As a gallery we have much to be thankful for this year-- our Drawing Invitational curated by Mark Andres, with the stunning work of 25 artists, many well known to Portland; our juried shows featuring outstanding work by artists from all around the country; NCECA Omnus Terra, featuring the work of seven Australian ceramicists and seven American ceramicists; our wonderful members' shows, and the guest artists who have brought so much to the exhibition space. We are very thankful for the wonderful following of art lovers out there-- those of you we see at the gallery regularly and those of you on social media! 💜
Work pictured by Gabriel Liston. Gallery hours are Friday through Sunday this week. Noon until 6pm.
It’s a Thanksgiving bunny. Makes me think of my aunt in Greece. She had bunnies in cages that she raised to eat. They were so cute. Aw...little bunnies.

Happy Thanksgiving!❤️ I hope today is a day of reflection, love, gratitude and sharing. I’ve read over and over again that we should be grateful for what we have in order to create a loving energy and good vibes. Let’s make a mental note and do this on a daily basis. Thoughts are energy that in turn are vibrations that affect our world. Thank you for being there, I am grateful for your loving support every single day. You make my dream of being an artist a reality. Thank you a billion times xoxo 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
"Haines Road" 8x10" oil on canvas panel. Getting my alla prima on. The hardest part of trying something new is tolerating the inevitable bad paintings that come at the beginning. You can quote me on that. 😜
I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving weekend. Here is one of the first posters I ever made for someone besides myself, and I am thankful for the Portland music community's support over the last year.
