G a l l e t a s d e p l á t a n o y c r e m a d e c a c a h u e t e s 🍪🍌🥜 .
La semana pasada vi tantas cookies por Instagram que se me antojaron a mí también, el domingo preparé estas galletitas en un momento para tener la merienda lista.
- 50 ml de claras
- 40 gr de harina de avena integral🌾
- 10 gr de crema de cacahuete 🥜
- Medio plátano 🍌 (50 gr)
- Stevia o cualquier otro endulzante al gusto
📝Paso a paso:
1. Precalentar el horno a 180°C🔥calor arriba y abajo.
2. Batir las claras con la crema de cacahuete, añadir el plátano y aplastar con un tenedor, incorporar la harina poco a poco e integrarla con un tenedor al resto de la mezcla.
3. Colocar porciones sobre el papel de hornear en la bandeja del horno dando la forma de galleta y aplastando.
4. Hornear a 170°C /15-20 minutos ⏰(cada horno es diferente por lo que lo vais viendo según se hacen). Esperad a que se enfríen, que no os entre el ansia jaja!!

So I've had this gym in my instagram feed since 2013. It's been my ultimate goal gym after I moved to Tampa for quite a few months, and then when I found out my new job is across the street I almost died. Like?!?!?! Let me catch my breath. The most elite athletes in the world visit this gym to train, and I have an appointment for a tour today. 😳chubby little me. 🥞I know if I join I'll HAVE to get a trainer. Because why go somewhere that elite without working with the best of the best right?
I think they have that body fat % capsule thingy. That's bad ass.
They have so much 🍑 building equipment. Swoon!
But. There are like zero chubby almost fit but still likes food members. I'm used to being that "I'm the shit" female at my gym. I won't be "the shit" anymore. I'll be that chubby girl over there. Hmm. What to do?!?!
Sometimes you just need some PB, banana and honey on toast 🍯🥜🍌

Breakfast of Moms... I mean Champions. Oatmeal with Banana, PB, and a dash of cinnamon. And lots and lots of coffee. The little guy is teething and he says "Mom what's sleep?" Haahahaha All you have to do is laugh it off and hope that the coffee and workout will give you a boost of energy.
