Another really beautiful one comes today from Pembrokeshire 🏴. Newgale beach is magnificent, fast expand of sand and sky. A sea fog rolled in on this evening, providing a magical atmosphere for the lone fisherman and the photographer @jeniferbunnett 🌊 #amazing_longexpo

It’s a National nature reserve island less than a mile off the coast of Pembrokeshire, west Wales. It is home to the largest colony of Atlantic Puffins In southern Britain. It calls itself home to many different birds, mammals and sea life. From the largest breeding colony of Manx Shearwater, puffins and rabbits all burrowing nest beneath the surface. There isn’t much of the island that doesn’t have a burrow in so watch your step as your walking around. There are paths clearly marked. The best time to see the puffins is between May and early July. Luckily that ties in with our lovely British summer so fingers crossed it’s a nice day.
This has been one of the best things I have ever done in the UK, it was truly incredible and I can’t recommend this enough. There were literally 100’s If not 1000’s of beautiful puffins just walking right next to you.
In awe of Mother Nature today - the power of the ocean, the colour and shape of the clouds, the reflections in the sand... take a moment this weekend and just soak up what nature is offering and showing us #mindfulness#mothernature#livelife 🌊🌬🐚🌧🌎
With the turning of the new year we want to proudly introduce you to our new cottage 'babies'. (Ok, they aren't new, nor are they babies, but we caught your attention and with their refurbishments they are like new). At the end of last year, squeezed between October half term and the Christmas/ New Year break, Andy, Mal, Mike the electrician and Tali our friendly chippy worked tirelessly to re-wire, and refit both The Hayloft and Cartwheel Cottages with beautiful new kitchens, lighting and internal doors. Blood, sweat and tears were definitely shed as the days ran into weeks and even a couple of months on these makeovers. However, coupled with the recovering of the sofas in both and the beautiful new carpets in The Hayloft, we think you'll agree that every sleepless night and doughnut consumed was worth it. You will have to see them to experience their new individual country hygge styles.
When Kelly stayed in the Hayloft recently she said, " I love it so much I just want to put it in my suitcase and take it home with me". We’re running special offers on these two cottages that finish on the 31st of January - check out the link in our bio & book! #premiercottages#awaywiththekids#familyfriendlycottages#greentourism#familyholiday#specialoffer#countrysideuk#westwales#interiormilk#hyggehome#holiday#discoverwales#pembrokeshire#holidaycottages#dogfriendly#farmstay#shortbreaks#visitwales#visitpembrokeshire#coastalcottages
Lovely to see the canvas that @bootsandroutes won in our competition a few weeks ago, and here it is in pride of place! 😎 Thanks for sharing!
