As I wondered along on the morning walk this morning, this thought popped into my mind, “Healing happens where innocence is found.” It is true, for it is guilt that calls forth punishment. So, when you find innocence, which is hidden underneath guilt, you welcome the goodness of God to be made known again. And guilt is sneaky. For all guilt that you witness belongs to you, even though you see it in another.
As I found myself whinging to a friend yesterday afternoon about the lack of respect someone was showing a loved one that is ill, I was projecting my own hidden guilt. It was my friend that reminded me. Making the images of this world real and this other person, the scapegoat of guilt that I am unwilling to see within myself. For this is the ultimate truth, what you see in another is what you have projected outwards. And the reason we are all innocent, no matter what, is because individuality is not who we are – thus it is not real, so it cannot be true.
Healing doesn’t necessarily refer to the physical body, for true healing is of the mind. Truth is spiritual, not physical. When the idea of separation begins to be replaced with the truth of oneness, miracles happen. The further along you walk, the more miracles you will witness. And remember this, a miracle is the restoration of love to your awareness. I have experienced it myself, and it truly is amazing as the dark clouds of guilt that hover to dampen your day are dissolved through the power of forgiveness, allowing the light of love that is here to brighten everything that we witness.

Tentando desenvolver minha maior dificuldade no surf...
It took a while for me to realize that there is no such thing as perfection and while I am not completely over my need for perfection, I’m working on it. I still catch myself not completing something because I don’t think it’s perfect. My new motto is that “done is better than perfect”. I’m working on this and I want to help you work on it too.
Join my free 5 day challenge to help you start to overcome perfection. For 5 days you will get an email and a video from me. I choose to do both because I know we are all busy and sometimes it’s easier to read something and sometimes it’s easier to watch something. This gives you the option so you could decide which was better for you. #challenge#freebie#perfection#overcomeperfection#perfect
