Rewired Fitness is hosting its very first Summer team competition. "THE BATTLEGROUND SERIES." Unlike no other on the Gold Coast, our competition is an afternoon/evening event which tests the fitness abilities and mindset of its competitors through various Crossfit and OCR challenges to find the overall fittest team of athletes. ⚠️ Competition Details:

Debrief Time: 3.30pm
Last heat finishes: 8.30pm

Persistence is what separates the amateurs from those who are the real deal. I remember when I was much younger and I would come home from basketball camp super excited! I would be outside practicing all day and all night for the first week back. All I would talk about was basketball. My Dad would always say “That’s great Son, I’m glad you’re working hard....but 6 months from now are you still going to have that passion and dedication? Will you still be out there practicing? Well it was a great question, because I wasn’t practicing anymore.....but I was in my room making beats, writing lyrics, and recording as much as I still am today. But still I’ve given up on many many things I’ve started. At this point starting is easy. What I focus on now are the days that I plateau. The days I don’t feel like hustling and working hard. Those days are the days that make you great when you decide to persevere through.
Car il faudra passer pas l’èchec pour vivre la réussite mais aussi car même si c’est dur il faudra s’accrocher et continuer. Pourquoi s’entraîner si c’était facile ? Le sport est quelque chose de magique c’est un remède autant physique que psychologique oui car le sport aide à se libérer l’esprit , évacuer le stress , réfléchir à certaine chose au calme (merci les sorties longues de run😌) ou encore mettre le cerveau sur OFF et se sentir seule contre soi même pendant un moment. Je n’incite personne à faire du sport mais j’invite par contre à tester de nouvelles choses dont le sport qui sait peut-être vous allez kiffer ?🔥 en tout cas l sport est un long chemin on apprend toujours en course à pied par exemple on peux toujours aller plus loin , plus vite et ça c’est magique il n’y a pas de limites vous êtes votre propre limite. Alors quand on me demande après quoi tu cours ou pourquoi ça te rend mal de plus courir ? Je répond simplement que je cours après moi-même après mon bonheur j’ai 17ans(18 dans un mois😋) et j’ai pleins de choses à découvrir en moi alors j’explore et en ce moment étant blessé oui je cours plus donc je n’arrive plus à ressentir ces sensations si intenses ou tu te sens vidé, libéré et apaisé j’essaye de me rapprocher , de me dépasser dans d’autres choses mais c’est dur. Alors faites du sport , kiffez faites le pour VOUS et surtout ne vous imposez rien 🌺 je vous souhaite une bonne journée , avec des sourires , de la bonne humeur , de la motivation et l’envie de réaliser pleins de projets❤️love.
Final move in my very very very basic Pilates combo so that you can practice all 4 moves and then run them all together in my final pilates post! It’s simple and basic YES but is it easy? NO is the short answer! Basic Pilates is always hard if executed correctly and hopefully if you “listen” to my tips it will make it easier for you to do.... 😂💪🔥👏🤔😀

And afterwards I made prepare his response to the young man, "I AM NOT IN ANY COMPETITION,
I am just trying to do my best here." 🔘🔘🔘🔘🔘 Typical situation for most of us in life. Some people create competition in our lives and these people can be grouped into 2 - those who just do their thing and in our heads we think they are competing with us. - those who are out to unnerve you. They do everything to show you they are better than you.
In the 2 situations, you are absolutely IN CONTROL. It's all in your mind. The mindset should be to give your best daily - ignoring the noise in the background. Focusing on you and doing your thing. Competition will always be there, their action or inaction shouldn't define you! There are few cases in life where the fastest is the best. Just do you! 🔘🔘🔘🔘

Never regretted my choice to join my fellow spartan racers to kick start the training with a 10km trail jog. No doubt just recovering from some congested nose and throat. This literally purged out all the "poisonous" vibes.
Recharging our soul with the nature is what we need sometimes. Enjoy the scenery, the up and down slopes, dragonflies and other critters in the rainforest. Understand how great creation is and our love for God will never cease just as His love for us is everlasting. He gives us strength to move on when we needed the most!! Be thankful, always!!! Today I am my own #WCW After gaining 20 kg during my pregnancy, after delivery I felt big and even my knees were feeling it. I have always been the pro 'healthy' lifestyle person and hence I have maintained the same weight for over the past 5 years...Losing weight this time around though has been one of the toughest things I have ever had to do. Because of self love, through self motivation and perseverance I tried my best to eat clean and work out. It took 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. I'm not where I want to be yet but I'm sure happy with the progress and results so far! #healthyliving#fitmomgoals#perseverance#consistency

We all know that eight hours of sleep is ideal, but did you know that if you get six hours or less of sleep per night there is an increase of inflammatory proteins in your body which is associated with heart attack risk? Also, more sleep leads to better memory and a sharper attention. Those are just a few of many reasons to get more shut eye. I used to be the kind of person that had a hard time waking up at 6 am, being consistent in everything, having discipline and perseverance was really hard For me!And things have really changed in my life! This is my 10th month Back in my country after almost 11 years ... I discovered this gym and it has certainly been one of the best things that happened to this year.. I thank my coach @yettieosorio for being there, my 5 am crew for being the reason I generally wake up at 4 am, the friends I have made along the way who keep motivating everyday to work out , eat healthy, sleep more and have rest days! I thank you @utrainingfc for everything ! I think in these 10 months I have learned the value of compromise ...of commitment with you, your health, your family, your friends , your career and god!! Commitment is not easy but certainly worth it! Ps: 10 years ago I used to hate taking pictures of me, showing my belly, my fat, my arms, .. not I still have a belly and my BMI is high but not as is used to be !! .. so I think I have improved a bit! I am not ashamed anymore of showing my belly, my arms or my legs !! I am proud of my progress !! And my Path and who I am ( it took a really long time to get here), but I have learned that you exercise for you, for your health and your success and that everything that happens in your life is a reflection of how you are!
