It's too bad that many of us are not familiar with persimmons or better known as 'pisang kaki' among Malaysians.
Excellent source of fiber, low in calories & fats, and also a very good source of Vit C. And I'm getting hooked to its sweet and delicious flesh! I eat this almost everyday. (However, according to my readings, we should consume persimmons in moderation bcoz it contains fructose which might be harmful to our health in excessive amounts). #persimmonlover#favoritesnack
