Pongan ligera y hago 5 repeticiones lentas al flexiónar y al extender luego otras 5 en donde la flexión la hago lenta y la extensión normal finalizado remato con 12, acá ya había finalizado el ejercicio por algo medio me. How To Do A Proper Push-up:
- brace abs to create stable core and abdominal pressure for a flat lower back
- neck is aligned from engaged back and depressed shoulder blades
- triceps are in line with the body as a result of shoulder width hand position and engaged triceps. Hands are pressed and “tightened” into the ground to create torque on the shoulder blades and stabilize the shoulder joint - legs are in line with the rest of the body from engaged glutes, which contributes to a strong core •

I live for clients moments like these. It gives me joy to know my clients are reaching their fitness goals but not only that they are reaching new heights but also that they are happy doing it.
