@brett_erik is a Baltimore-based performance coach and fitness model. An athlete his entire life, Brett's first foray into performance training came during his high school cross country years, when he became dissatisfied with his tall and skinny appearance. Over the course of the next few years, he went from a 6'2'' 170-pound 18 year old to a 250-pound burly and strong college student.
Brett credits his work with his own personal trainer as the initial fuel behind his passion for fitness. It not only served as the impetus for his own transformation, but for his desire to help others achieve theirs. He not only runs his own private and only fitness business, but has also served as a model fitness model for a slew of clients including @loweshomeimprovement @blackdeckerrr @baltimorestylemag and @engagedmagazine
Always possessing a positive mindset and appreciative outlook, Brett balances his many business endeavors with the most important job of all- raising his son, Asher.
