- neck is aligned from engaged back and depressed shoulder blades
- triceps are in line with the body as a result of shoulder width hand position and engaged triceps. Hands are pressed and “tightened” into the ground to create torque on the shoulder blades and stabilize the shoulder joint - legs are in line with the rest of the body from engaged glutes, which contributes to a strong core •

The push-up is a full body and core strengthening exercise, it’s not just for the bros and not just for pecs. It can take a while to get proper form because it’s a tough exercise! •

Why does a size 9.5 (modern shoe) look almost as big as a barefoot Size 15.There is more shoe that creates the size 9.5 than a Barefoot size 15. Why? 👣Now look at the 2nd pic: it should be self explanatory...! The big question is Why??? Why make shoes like the Hoka? Please show us the science that proves the Hoka is correct and barefoot shoes are wrong? The toes are not on the ground and the heel is lifted, the shoe is rigid and toe box is narrow....WHY??
