I know I can beat myself up sometimes when I'm feeling weaker than I know I am....but we all need to be gentle on ourselves as their are so many factors that can affect our performance as demonstrated!

I, too, need constant reminding that a super shredded physique is not maintainable year round! And right now, with my back impairment, training that intensely in the gym to attain that physique just isn't realistic! I need to focus on my overall health, eating better, and getting some kind of exercise in at least 4x a week! Yes Sir! Legs Legs Legs (as my posing coach would say screaming at me 😳😁) Good ole' leg day. Some good hamstring and quad work today capped with some 135 lunges. 💪🏻💯 I hated every moment of today's routine but it is a necessary evil when you're tired and simply "not in it" 😕to get your ass in it! 😈 Train when you don't want to and train harder than you could imagine to make it worth it.
