Great "Leg Workout " Only 4 exercises (trust me enough)✌🏼 Used pair of dumbbells 10kg each, kettlebell 12 kg, stability ball and small towel as a slider. Basic equipment, great results. I did 3 sets 12-15 reps.  Not only legs, my abs where on fire 🔥too. 💪🏼😅👊🏼#legs #abs

Músculos anteriores.
- M. Cuádriceps. Es el músculo más voluminoso de la parte anterior del muslo. Recibe este nombre porque está compuesto por cuatro vientres musculares. Estas porciones o cabezas son:
- Músculo recto femoral (o anterior). Tiene su origen en la espina ilíaca anterior inferior y en el surco supraacetabular (borde superior del acetábulo de la articulación de la cadera). Tiene la característica de que es el único biarticular, es decir, que tiene función en dos articulaciones (cadera y rodilla en este caso). En este caso, es flexor de la cadera.
- Músculo vasto medial (o interno). Se origina en la cara anterior y lateral del fémur (labio medial de la línea áspera y parte distal de la línea intertrocantérea).
- Músculo vasto lateral (o externo). Se origina en el labio lateral  de la línea áspera y la superficie lateral de trocánter mayor.
- Músculo vasto intermedio.  Se origina en el labio medial de la línea áspera del femur, es decir, en la cara anterior de la diáfisis femoral. Es el más profundo, por lo  que queda por debajo de los otros.
- Inserción. Los cuatro vientres musculares se fusionan en un tendón común que inserta en la rótula, dando lugar al tendón del cuádriceps (por encima de la rótula) y pasando a formar el ligamento patelar o rotuluano, que inserta en la tuberosidad anterior de la tibia. - Inervación. El cuádriceps recibe inervación del nervio femoral (raíces L2-L4). - Acción. ...Online training memberships will be back, better than ever, some time in the not to distant future! 🤗 ..I am throwing this all together myself...and as I have no idea what the fuck I'm doing, shit is taking a while to figure out...But it also means once things are up and running any issues or queries I will be able to address myself, rather than having to rely on some other muppet to update/correct things for me! 👍 (There will undoubtedly be mistakes, as I've found the easiest way to build a website is to be half cut! 🥃🍻🤣)

Anyway, eventually there will be 2 new workout phases posted each month...One slightly more biased towards females, the other towards males...but both will be eerily similar for the most part!  Everything is obviously linked up with videos, I'll throw some nutritional guidelines in the mix somewhere, annnd probably try to fire up some form of private community forum for support and accountability before making everything live! 🥀🚿🌹 ..There will also be a bunch of older workouts (such as this one) to choose from!

Feeling like kettlebell deadlifts hurt your back? You might just be doing them wrong! In slide one here you can see the difference between a kettlebell deadlift with a rounded back (ouch!💥) and one with a neutral spine, or "flat back" (yay!🤗)⠀
You want to aim to look more like the flat back image on the right while performing kettlebell deadlifts in order to get the most out of them without putting your back at risk!⠀

And, of course, it gives you the strength to beat up Death Eaters as well as be named the designated pickle jar opener among your friends and family.

Если бы не моя помощь , Саня бы не сделал бы подъемы на бицепс100 кг на 4 повторения. Нет, первые 2 он сам сделал. Но вот 3-е и ,особенно, 4-е врят ли бы осилил без отличной подстраховки😂.

А если серьезно, то жим штанги стоя это пожалуй единственное упражнение, выполнение которого сопровождается лёгким чувством страха. Ни присед, ни  жим, ни какое то ещё упражнение, а именно это. Почему?
1) Боюсь травмировать плечи. Кто хотя бы в лёгкой форме травмировал плечи знает, насколько это мерзко
2) Боюсь, что штанга ебн**ся на голову. 
В этой ситуации хороший страхующий реально на вес золота🙂

A primeira variável vai ser o VOLUME:
Segundo Bompa(2002) é formado por:
• tempo e duração de treino
• distancia realizada ou peso levantado por unidade de tempo
• repetições realizadas
A variação do volume é importante para a obtenção de respostas fisiológicas, porém o aumento exagerado pode ser prejudicial, causando:
• aumento da fadiga
• diminuição da eficiência do treino
