The class utilizes a scientific formula that has been proven to burn a significant amount of calories in a short amount of time. It’s usually this time after Xmas & holidays when you go back to work and the shine of time off has warn away, that you start wondering who am I and what am I doing with my life?!?!?!? Am I following my dreams, aspirations and desires or am I stick in a rut? The reality of being back at work & a busy routine can set in that ‘ground hog day’ feeling. All the best intentions made at the beginning of the year are out the window. This is the time to take a few hours out to think & re-write how you want your year to look, planning is everything. Setting intentions means you can brain storm around that idea & manifest the life you’d like to live. 🏋️♂️Here’s a few important things going through my head whenever I get under the bar to squat.
👉🏼First off I ensure my feet are in a comfortable position, personally I like them to be just past shoulder width, with my toes pointed out slightly.
👉🏼Then I like to try and imagine as if I’m pushing the floor apart with my feet. This helps me activate my Glutes and ensure my knees travel over my toes and don’t cave in during the squat.
💨Last but not least, I’ll take a big breath into my belly (not my diaphragm) and brace my entire core (abs/obliques/lower back erectors). This helps me stay tight and maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement.
💭Remember quality over quantity, focus on progressing with a healthy technique instead of letting your ego put more weight on the bar. I hope this helps, if anyone has any questions or needs a hand with their squat. Feel free to DM me or comment below.

Why Your Pre-Season Will Be The Same As Every Other Year…
When I was a kid I couldn’t really read good English. ^^^ that was a joke, I think quoted from Zoolander.
Anyway, to make a point
My English was poor while I was growing up (Non English speaking parents), but I do remember and had written down a quote I heard wayyyyy back when and that is: “If you keep doing what you always do, you always get what you always got”
When shit hits the fan or aren’t going as I would like them to I always say that to myself and ACT to make changes.
So why your pre-season will be the same as every other year… because nothing changes
You do the same things, year in year out, season in season out expecting different results.
The reason you keep getting: soft tissue injuries, you’re slow, weak and can’t beat your opponents are you lack that physical capacity.
Fear not, it can be improved.
But first you need to realise, the current position you’re in is up to one person…
