My go-to lazy day lunch consisting of quinoa (cooked in @massel_foods onion and garlic free stock), @sirenatuna chili tuna, baked sweet potato, grated carrot, baby spinach, cherry tomatoes and black sesame seeds
Now here's a dish that looks and smells like fall 🍁🍂 🌰toasted GF chia loaf topped with sliced pear, strong blue cheese, roasted walnuts right out of the oven and white balsamic reduction. 🍐 (also an impressive & easy potluck appie!)

Soo I had already lost some weight and I thought I was healthy, I ate mostly bagged salad and sandwhiches, and what I thought were "healthy" microwave dinners 👀 I drank a ton of water but also a ton of alcohol and was just really getting into my healthy lifestyle adventure! ❤ 🌟Today: I've made so many changes, mostly I drink only water 💦 almost every day. I walk all the time, I live on top of a hill, we go hiking and exploring. 🌄 I stopped eating meat and dairy,🐷🐄🐔 and started eating home cooked meals thanks to my fantastic chef bestie/roomie 😊😍 and I do extra little things like apple cider vinegar and raw ginger shots. 🍎 ☝I also keep up on what Im doing with my products, I've been drinking greens for over two years daily to detox and nourish my body, 🍇🍈🍉🍊🍋I cleanse every few months to help my digestive system, ☺thermofit is my go to it gives me energy and burns calories with my food and when I splurge which really isn't too often considering my restrictions lol I soak it up with my fat fighters!!🍟 When I start to feel like my pants are snug, I wrap...45 minutes later I'm back on track,👙 feeling good and ready to make the right lifestyle choices to keep my wellness journey moving!! 👊
Most important! 👉 I cut out negativity; energy, people, thoughts and memories, focuses and just started filling my life with good; energy, people, thoughts and memories, focuses and actions! 😍 that's made such a huge difference in every aspect of my life... Anyway I've gone on long enough, thanks for reading if u made it to the end 😉 I feel great! I look great! And life just keeps getting better ❤
FISH STEW (AKA Spanish Fish Stew due to lots of lovely smoked paprika)
HOW DID MAMA MAKE?
One onion fried with 2 cloves of garlic and a heap teaspoon of paprika. Tinned toms added and cooked down a bit... add olives, butter beans, white fish (I used pollack) and king prawns 🍤
For the smallest 2 I omitted the olives, butter beans and prawns. .
DID BABY EAT?! As is the current norm, Dolly loved it but Albs ate a few mouthfuls and asked for his current favourite pud, dates! A 50:50 success! .
