Ok these clean-TREATS are the bomb. Feel free to share with your friends.. I'm the ultimate cookie MOM-ster in my fam... but it's not easy on the waistline😏 So I created these bad boys... they are full of energy and healthy PHATS🤣😉
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup uncooked gf oatmeal
- 1/2 cup grain free granola (Autumns Gold)
- 1 cup PB
- 1/4 cup Brain Octane (@bulletproof) or coconut oil.
- 2 scoops or pkts of Vanilla Shakeology. .
Combine in a mixing bowl until you can roll them up into balls about the size of a ping pong. You might have to adjust the PB and/or oil. Place in ziplock baggies and in the fridge or freezer for an hour. And then ENJOY. Keep them stored in the fridge/freezer. ✌🏼💪🏼👊🏻💗
