Been honestly obsessed with our new Nagamaki [seared scallion + beef] dumpling @humbledumplings so I've spent the past 4 days more or less locked in my studio writing and playing around with different ways of using the combo.
Here is a double stack Nagamaki burger I had for breakfast. [bun from @machineshopphilly [my religion]] miso rolled into the beef, seared scallion [burn baby burn, toss some salt and chili flake.
Serve up and go back for seconds.

Review - Finally got to try Richie’s! The pastrami wasn’t as good as Hershel’s but it was still pretty tasty and generous in portion too 🍞😮👌🏽
If I’m being completely honest, Herschel’s set the bar too high for me so it’s hard to find deli food that can match it. Finally got to go to Richie’s though! Was mad excited since I’d heard a lot of good things but for some reason I didn’t end up getting what they’re known for, their breakfast sandwiches, and instead went with their pastrami. Not to say that their pastrami wasn’t good but I feel like the breakfast sandwiches would’ve definitely been the better choice. But let’s get to the review. In terms of the pastrami, two things stood out to me. First, the sandwich itself had mustard which I liked and it was also very lowkey and subtle, not overpowering. Second, the pastrami IMO wasn’t as salty as it should’ve been so the flavour didn’t really stand out for me. I wasn’t complaining though TBH. The sandwich was actually more filling than it looked and in the end I was pretty satisfied. It fits the college budget so well, that if you’re feeling it you could probably end up getting a second one as well! Loved the meal Richie, I’ll be back for those breakfast sandwiches 🍞😮👌🏽
