Grocery haul for the week! I decided to stick to easy comfort this week with tomato soup and sandwich for lunch and chili for dinner! Didn’t really realize it was a bit heavy on the tomatoes until I got my haul home😂🤦♀️

Monday, January 22, 2018 - What a fucken day. I woke up this morning dragging ass from the Eagles game last night. So, on my way to work this morning, I decided to treat myself to a nice big 24oz coffee, and lemme tell you, it was fucken delightful... until I hit a pothole and the coffee splashed up on my white shirt. By the time I got outta my Jeep, I looked like i had just starred in a Coffee Bukkake video.
Then, when I got in my building I went to get on the elevator, normally I don't use the elevators (because I fucken hate them), but again, I was tired. Anyway, once I get in, this guy, who looked like the type of person who would yell "Play Some Skynyrd" at a wedding immediately tries to chat me up despite the fact that I was wearing headphones (the universal fuck off sign). I got off a floor early just to make it stop.
When I got into my office, nobody cared about the trauma I had just endured and there were a million fires to put out. So, in between listening to people bitch for no reason and wondering the most efficient way to commit suicide, I decided that the only way this day was gonna turn around was if I did it my goddam self.
Now, theres nothing I love more than kicking ass, so while in a shit ton of traffic and blasting DMX and T Swift on my ride home, I decided I was gonna make an awesome dinner to turn this sinking ship of a day around!!! Then, this beauty came to mind... My Smoked Bacon and Shrimp Spaghetti Carbonara topped with Peas and Cracked Pepper. Lawd have mercy, Monday... CONQUERED!!! So, how was everyone else's day?
