One of my favourite non-Korean food is Vietnamese cuisine. I had "Pho bo" (Vietnamese noodle dish) in a great small vietnamese restaurant called "BúN" in Antwerp @bunantwerp . It was so good but I forgot to take this amazing noodle dish. Fortunately I remembered taking a photo when I ordered such a deep flavoured Vietnamese ice coffee. Simply great ending of the great meal!!

If you like to start your Saturday with a good soup 💪🏼, come to try our Pho (traditional Vietnamese soup). This one is the Pho gà (with chicken) and it is so good! 👅
My awesome Viet breakfast today. I craved for Pho breakfast so I cooked it in a very simple way to fix my craving. I used store bought chicken broth, then I added grilled ginger, Pho spices, onion to give aroma to the broth. I stir fried quickly beef slices with garlic in a hot wok to get more flavors out of the meat as my broth is not real beef Pho broth. This kind of breakfast makes my day ❤️
This is Vietnamese cinnamon (cassia). It is the most fragrant and flavorful kind of cinnamon, but contains coumarin which thins blood and create liver toxicity if consumed in extremely large doses. Most cinnamon in North America comes from this type of cassia, but the difference in flavor between fresh pieces of bark like these and ground rancid stuff on most grocery store shelves is insane. “True” (all cinnamon comes from the same genus of evergreen tree) cinnamon is Ceylon cinnamon, grown mostly in Brazil and the Seychelles, it is milder in flavor and higher priced.
