In my case this is my way of running 🏃🏻 , either with the toe, or with the forefoot trying not to support the heel on the ground to work the Achilles tendon, rather smaller and harder to break than the calfs.
🔴 CAUSES OF SLEEP INJURY 🔴
Basically there are two main reasons that happen mainly to run "toe-heel".

Health is NOT just defined as physical health..
In order for someone to be living well it is all about balance in every aspect of your life.
Supports/Community/Family/Friends: who you have around you to lean on or go to for help, advice & education when you need to.. Supports can provide love, laughter & safety .
Emotionally(Mental Health) is so commonly hushed/slid undercover or not often talked about.. How's your mood? Hows your motivation? Are you laughing often & feeling good about yourself?
Spiritually/Identity: what drives you? What is your passion? What keeps you going because YOU love it.. for me its my #faith & #helping others.
Physically.. are you eating well but enjoying treats, are you getting GOOD quality sleep, are you getting in some #exercise that YOU enjoy
I often have to recheck myself often with all of these to make sure im maintaining a well-being thats sustainable, maintainable & is striving towards my goals and not JUST supporting someone elses so i get neglected.. made that mistake once before & trust me the ride back is never easy!
