Dear Nov. Thank you for gently easing us into winter. <3 Still enjoying a few fresh goodies from the garden/greenhouse. The raspeberries really seem to be enjoying this weather. They exploded after the rain, and are producing well! Picked our first homegrown oyster and foraged a couple of shaggy manes. Day 3: green smoothie this morning, a variety of fruit and veg for my lunch followed by more healthy yogo 😉 then dinner was Asian vegetable soba noodle salad - noodles for me and + noodles and pork for my boys..... because U know "real men need meat" 🙄. At the gym now on the bike and then do some weights 🏋🏼♀️

Homemade blueberry vanilla bean compote to jazz up our Saturday morning waffles.
1 C. Blueberries
1/2 Vanilla pod with insides scraped out
2 tbsp sugar and/or 2 tbsp orange juice to sweeten.
Low medium heat until the liquid thickens and begins to burst your berries open. The just stir to your liking. I like mine in the thicker side
