Chicken salad with @sirkensingtons avocado oil mayo and mustard, bacon, microgreens and tomatoes stuffed in red leaf lettuce wraps.
Had a few @simplemills rosemary and sea salt almond flour crackers on the side.
This mug of golden milk is EVERYTHING right now! So warm and comforting 💛
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp ghee
1 scoop @vitalproteins Collagen
1/4 tsp ashwaghanda powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Stir together in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Blend in blender for a few seconds or froth with a handheld frother. Enjoy!

The Hubs took the backbone out for me so I could roast it spatchcock style. AKA the BEST method for roasting a whole bird!
Served with a cauliflower mash and simple green salad. Next up...prepping the bones and some veggie scraps for slow cooker bone broth!
