I think I could spend months here, wandering around from one charming neighborhood to the next (sampling the fresh baked goods in every quaint boulangerie along the way 🥖😻), but for now a few days in this special city will have to make do. 😊

Push-ups challenge - Day 9/22 I was nominated by @beefit_bianca to do 22 push-ups a day for 22 days to raise awareness for all Veterans, dealing with the debilitating disease known as PTSD. On average 22 Vets a day commit suicide. Too many Heroes are taking their own life! This is a small way to raise awareness for that issue in the U.S. Push-ups alone will not solve the problem, but this challenge is designed to raise awareness for a very real problem. I nominate @alicialovevaldivia Challenge starts tomorrow. The rules are simple: * once you are nominated, your 22 days starts the following day. * every day you record yourself doing 22 push-ups. Try your best to reach 22. If that means doing assisted (from your knees) push-ups or that you have to stop and take a break or up against the wall, that's fine; try to get them done in one video. * every day you must nominate a different person. Try to choose people you think will want to do this and/or have the ability to do it. * and finally, have fun with this. This is a simple and fun way to get the word out about a matter that more people need to know about and understand.
