Even though I’m eating vegan I still want to enjoy comfort foods. So on my menu tonight... homemade soy chorizo tacos. Seriously you will not be disappointed, even if you’re not vegan. I use coconut flour tortillas and load the tacos with fresh tomato, avocado, onions and cilantro. Recipe below ✌🏼❤️ 💦
