Twist on the Mat. One of my favs 😍 feels great because it’s so fluid. This is an advanced exercise that takes the spine in different planes of motion: flexion, rotation, lateral flexion! Requires a lot of shoulder girdle strength and core (recruits & obliques). There’s also a lot of coordination and balance involved. Happy Twisting!
Day 4 - still feeling GREAT! Tomorrow I have decided to pick back up with my early AM workouts! I haven’t done this in 8 months. But I am gonna give it a whirl. You CAN change habits and form new ones at any age! I am gonna Rock my 30s, who wants to join me?

We believe in the importance of ethical production and building strong relationships with our manufacturing teams - Femme is manufactured onshore (here on the Gold Coast) and offshore in China, both teams work in fair work trade conditions.
We are also very passionate about the environment - and partake in the ‘slow fashion movement’ which means focusing on smaller batch production, style, design and quality of every item and with items crafted with the intention for longevity. Slow Fashion avoids the trendiness of ‘fast, mass produced manufacturing’ and looks for alternative avenues to rethink the fashion industry by taking a more mindful approach in production — By slowing down the fashion cycle, reduces impact on the environment.
We also pack our orders with eco-friendly wrapping, use recycled and office materials where we can — We are not saying we are perfect however are consciously choosing to improve and trying to implement various ways of working towards a more sustainable future as we evolve and still in process of sourcing further sustainable fabrics to help make a difference.
Femme now has 10 stockists and are super excited for what the future holds.

Footwork on the wunda chair can be done with a variety of hand and arm positions depending on what the individual needs to keep a tall spine. Currently exploring arms back and arms to the sides at the moment but who knows where I’ll be next week! 😜 #wundachair
