➡️Change up your Push-up game⬅️ I get bored very easily with push ups so I like to vary them up a lot so I’ll do them😂 Push ups are a great core exercise that really challenge your shoulder girdle stability. Plus they are easily modified to be a little less challenging as shown here (from the knees, just sliding the arms) to a little more challenging and dynamic (tall plank position with arm slide out + push up)🏋️♀️ So here’s a reason to give push ups another try, and well, it’s Friday too, so why not?🍹🤸🏻♂️💫
