Chased the eclipse to the middle of nowhere idaho on top of a crater. I LOVED hearing all the different languages being spoken. People from all over the world were gathered there. What a cool experience!! Wish I could say I took some of these pics, but it was #nasa .

So I woke up this morning feeling like a baby giraffe taking its first steps out of bed. 😶 I legit couldn't move my legs + arms + my abs hurt after making even the slightest movement... WHAT. THE. ACTUAL. HELL?! 🤕 At least I can say yesterday's Pilates session was effective! 😆 WINNING! It's amazing how your body can get 'lazy' after having a break from your usual training routine. ☞ P.s. How good does last weekends breakfast of roasted capsicum baked egg tagine, lamb kofta balls, tomato kidney beans, shanklish & za'atar flat bread look!!! Could actually eat this every day! 😍

EASY AND TASTY SALMON & ORANGE RECIPE
Not only is salmon one of the top sources of omega-3 fatty acids but it is also rich in protein and vitamin D. So here is an easy and tasty way to prepare salmon that is both healthy and delicious. Make a simple salad from leafy greens, spring onions and green beans. Add your own vinaigrette made from apple cider vinegar and olive oil and garnish the grilled salmon with parsley and couple slices of orange.
Ingredients 4 salmon fillets 400g green beans, steamed 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 2 Tbsp extra virgin oil salt & pepper to taste 4 cups mixture of leafy greens 4 spring onions 1 bunch fresh flat leaf parsley
Method Sprinkle the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Heat a large heavy nonstick grill over medium-high heat. Brush the grill with some olive oil, then add the salmon and cook, turning the salmon over halfway through cooking, for about 3 minutes per side, or until it is mostly opaque, with a rosy center when pierced in the thickest part with the tip of a small knife. Transfer to a platter and let rest for 2 minutes.

Good morning, angels! Starting with weight slightly behind sit bones, try to keep the back straight.
1. First isolating the lats to press straight down.
2. Then moving on to press down with energy coming from the abdominals, round the back, scoop in the belly to press down.
3. Lastly, roll weight even more to the back of sit bones to press down and come back slightly to straight back. You should feel even more on the abdominals.
Flexibility to keep in this position is quite a challenge, as well as the stabilizing muscles of the core and back. Tap for music and love 🎶❤️

Taken before and after the session, you can see how Miss L's hiked hip is more balanced. We worked on restoring length through the contracted latissimus dorsi, which is causing the imbalance in the hips. (Just wished her shirt was pulled up higher in the after photo, but the dimple in the right waistline was substantially dimished.) Many clients always ask how many sessions they have to do to see results in the body. Results can vary body type to body type, but with appropriate corrective work, you can see how even one session is capable of making a difference!
