Planning classes for the week and this arm series is going in!!! Love using the reformer for unilateral armwork whilst kneeling. It is a challenge for the core as well as the arms, with the focus to avoid leaning or pulling from areas other than the shoulders ie. elbows, wrists, trunk etc. In this arm series I did - .

The most comfortable pair ever.. have these in gold. Got the black nappa leather. Selfie while cleaning up... no makeup. Hair in a super messy bun.
Double tap if you love pancakes! 😌 WELLLL! It seems as though Sunday pancakes are becoming a bit of a thing ever since I discovered @proteinbreadco protein pancake mix. Every week the toppings seem to be getting more delicious & more out of control... (well, PB is life!) 😍 Ive topped P1 with nut butter, cacao nibs & organic berries. P2's 'chocolate' layer was made with 1 tsp. of @loving_earth dairy-free creamy drinking chocolate mixed with a splash of water & topped with organic berries, granola & desiccated coconut from @thesourcegoldcoast. I also mixed 1 small chopped banana through the mix so that when you bite into it there are gooey bits of banana throughout. Yummmm! I wish every day was pancake Sunday. 🍌🐒
Saw this & had to give it a try! Like many of us, I'm tight in my hip flexors so it made for a challenging movement but my oh my was the core on 🔥!
