Drawing the belly in towards the spine and slightly up towards the rib cage helps you to engage the abs as you roll down towards your toes and back up to standing. ❤🍃I love doing this movement at the beginning and end of my Pilates practice to show me how my body alignment has changed during my practice. 🍃❤

Simple 🙃stretches are sometimes EXACTLY what I need...especially after some tough workouts! Taking MERMAID from the Reformer to the Cadillac allows for more movement in my "sometimes too tight" hips🤷♀️ PS...so tired today 😂🙃

I expanded my horizons with getting to use a band this morning during my Pilates-style workout! It was difficult, but I really enjoyed it! .
