I thought it would be fun to post a little teaser to rollover flow with the @balanced_body mini circle.
If I look a little wobbly, it's because I am. Turned out this took more coordination + work, than I thought it would 😅

Happy #TeaserTuesday , everyone! I was in beautiful #StLucia over the weekend and attempted to hike the #GrosPiton . Attempted being the operative word - ZK and I only got 1/2 way. There was still a gorgeous view of the #PetitPiton at the halfway point and I had to throw in some #pilates ! Space was limited and I was beyond exhausted, but a little teaser-ing never hurt anyone 👩🏻🤙🏻 After 3 weeks of #travel , I'm home for 2.5 weeks before another 4 trips in September. I've missed my @cptempe family and @clubpilateschandler clients! Stay tuned for more adventures and, hopefully, some more impressive Pilates moves! 🤞🏻❤️ #tt#traveltuesday
I remember my 1st full #PilatesTeaser - a whole lotta #trialanderror had to happen before I could achieve my goal - and I'm still working on it😉
Find the beauty of the challenge, the victory, and the #selfconfidence that continues to push you past being worried you might make a mistake. Find the strength to try, to be be happy you tried no matter the outcome, and then how you will happily continue to try in your pursuits toward your goal.

I took some #teasertuesday shots mid bike ride in #vancouver too! 5 miles into a ride makes the hip flexors even more angry than normal in a teaser! This and the race were my only two boot free times this weekend, 🤞🏻🤞🏻I get back there soon!

What motivates you to move? 🍃
For me I love the feeling of BREATHING deeply and moving with FOCUS and intention. Learning from my body and challenging it to GROW. Dancing to rhythms that emerge from the inside out. Knowing that it is a privilege to move with a HEALTHY capable body and that I can never take that for granted. 💕

Half teaser arm circles. Notice my little balance hiccup 😊😊😑😑 in the middle of the video once I pop up into teaser the first time around? I don't remember but I think I am using one blue🔷 spring. The light spring not only challenges you with the teaser, but in the arm circles there is a moment of lightness that also challenges your stability and makes you feel like you're going to fall back! Enjoy the added wrist mobility here too! Butst brace through and shine those toes out on the diagonal and you got this! I love adding straps and arms to teaser to throw off your balance and give you other things to think about. Nothing makes me feel more lifted through my waist and the base of spine than teaser, the scoop of the low belly and lift of the chest just makes me feel amazing and strong! . . .
Start facing the back of the machine, seated right up against the shoulder rests. Grab the handles or short loops, palms face down, and slowly roll all the way back, shoulders on the carriage. Roll up into teaser - if you use a heavier spring, such as one red, this will help you pop right up! Place one foot down into half teaser and do arm circles one way, then reverse. Switch sides. Place both feet down and roll all the way back to end. . . .
Modifications: Half or full coffee table. Or try it without straps.
Variations: Lighter or heavier spring. Full teaser. Try more dynamic or different arm movements such as lateral raises, or arms overhead even! . . .
