Matteo and I shared this whopper of a 1/2 metre pizza this afternoon. We didn't finish it but took the rest home and had it for tea! So so good 😋👌🍕We enjoyed a quick walk through Derby town too, first time in a very long while. The boys had some money from Nonni and spent it on two new toys in The Entertainer.
Day 4 of no kids in school because of #irma yesterday I dropped them off to a babysitter so I could have a piece of mind. Today I'm dropping them off to eat pizza and I'm running away. Healthy pizza recipe!!! I made my farmer regular homemade pizza and did a healthy version for myself! Here's what I did:
Preheat oven to 450*. Take 1 Flatout Bread- light and spread pizza sauce over, lightly. Spread spinach and a few chopped onions, top with turkey pepperoni, and shredded cheese of your choice! You can add peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, whatever other toppings you'd like and bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese is toasted!
This is probably the BEST #vegetarianpizza I've tried so far. Packed with roasted vegetables like peppers, courgettes, tomatoes and eggplant and topped with what seem like spinach/kale or rocket (I can't make it out. It's fresh and has a mustardy taste which compliments the taste of mozzarella cheese. Maybe a local green leaf). I bought it for LittleWon but ended up eating half of it 😋 #pizzaforlunch#roastedveggies
