Got to the gym a little earlier than normal today so I crushed legs and then did some cardio. My abs and shoulders are so sore from yesterday that I was dying today 😅🔥 •

HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM FITNESS PLANET!!! We all know a new year means new body goals for some of us. Here are FIVE easy ways to make sure you stick to your routine and ultimately your fitness goals:
1. Set Appropriate goals
2. Get Advice on the correct form
3. Seek FAILURE - Push your body to it's limit at least twice a week, and try to beat your limit at least once a week. This WILL help you achieve some realisable progress and this should motivate you to keep going.
4. Optimise your recovery - make sure you get enough rest between sets, and take rest days in between your workout days, ESPECIALLY if the workout is new.
5. JUST DO IT - You will reach a point where you are overwhelmed by the urge to quit or 'take a break'. When you exprerience this, know that is your QUE to Up your game and KEEP ON. Instead of contemplating if you should go to the gym or not, JUST GET UP and GO! Don't even think about it
