Working in an office means you are sedentary for 8+ hours a day. Our bodies are meant to move, aiming for at least 10,000 steps a day by getting up and moving around every hour. I try to break a sweat every day and it makes me happy and feel good🙌

So where on earth have I been? Here & there, but mainly focusing on real life and going through a few major internal transitions - all positive(!) and attributing to my growth - some topics I do feel compelled to blog about (in due time) however I'd be lying if I said it didn't scare me! Instagram (and social media in general) can be hard to balance - and with the new algorithms and bells & whistles of social media it can be rather disheartening knowing your content and hard work is not reaching as many as it used to. It's easy to slip into waves of comparison as well, and feelings like you're not creating enough quality content can slide on in unnoticed. After writing my book, I felt a bit sapped in the creative tank - stress caught up on me taking a toll on both my mental & physical health. In a desperate attempt to gain control, I swung into old habits surrounding anxiety, food control and disordered thoughts surround health, training, body image and so forth. I dug myself into a "not-so-healthy" hole, and It didn't feel right posting here in that mindset - I almost felt like a failure & fraud that I was struggling *again* - long story short, after a lot of inner work, kindness & self care -I'm back on my feet and moving through my life lessons feeling much more at ease and compelled to share things I'm learning. I'm still figuring out how to be a better balanced human, everyday, just like the rest of us - I can slowly feel some creativity peeping back in, waiting to be birthed in the world. But for now, I'll just be posting on here intuitively - when I feel like it.
Anyway, remember that life ebs and flows - there'll be time for creative bursts, and time for down time, and not judging and comparing yourself to your "old self" or others is imperitave during such transitions.

~ Avocado green pea cream soup with croutons (spelt bread+curry+smoked paprika)
I added an #avocado right before blending all ingredients together. It gave my #soup a nice thick and #creamy texture, and it's very nutritious.
I painted this #cup a while ago because I'm a huge fan of avocados 🍃

My heart is full of #gratitude for the amazing people in my life that I can turn to when I need a good push or kick up the butt! ~ I've learnt that, when we live in gratitude and are happy with what we already have, the universe then gives us more of the things that make us feel happy 💚💚
And as if my life couldn't get any better, the owner of the gym text me today, my 2nd day of being in town and asked me how's it going & was I ready to start work...after being away from the gym since May I was definitely ready to get back into the groove of things especially after a break of that long, I love working with children, they have such a refreshing, innocent, joyful energy, when I 1st started in May I was a little burnt out from the whole gymnastics scene but I realize now it was just the tiring energy of the old gym I directed but now at this new gym the energy is always fresh, fun & more feminine dominated which makes things flow better, I love building my own empire but since my daughter is going to be in the gym doing her thing anyway, I feel better being able to be there for her whenever she needs me, this is a win-win situation for all of us, when you love yourself 1st you win at life everyday, loving yourself 1st is enough, it sends off the positive energy that you need to keep winning & by staying in the present moment of now you will always reap the gifts of true love, it felt great to be around the girls again, coaching is such a rewarding experience, I love seeing the girls faces when they accomplish the things that they doubt themselves on because physically they are capable of doing it all but gymnastics is 50% mental so when we mentally allow the truth to flow winning is the only way to go because when you reap greatness that's exactly what you will sow...#firstloveyou#yoga#gymnastics#coach#coachmom#coaching#gymmom#bars#beam#floor#tumbling#firstdayback#gymtime#vegangymnast#gymnasticscoach#healer#holistichealth#plantbased#motivation#inspiration#empowerment#lawofattraction#divine#goddess#selflove
Herbstliches Knuspermüsli mit vielen Einsatzmöglichkeiten. Knuspermüsli kann man für soviel Varianten verwenden. Gern als Topping oder für Schichtdesserts. Einfach sooo lecker. Das finden auch meine Wichtel-Freunde 👀😂. Häufig ist in gekauften Mischungen so unglaublich viel Zucker drin. Warum also nicht selber machen? .
Rezept: ☆ 250 g Haferflocken, ich habe Bio Multikornflocken (kernig) von Kölln verwendet ☆ ☆ 60 g Sonnenblumenkerne ☆ 20 g Leinsamen ☆ 20 g Buchweizen ☆ 60 g grob zerkleinerte Mandeln ☆ 30 g Hanfsamenschalen ☆ 20 g grob zerkleinerte Walnüsse ☆ 2 TL Zimt ☆ 1/2 TL Kardamon ☆ 1/2 TL gem. Nelken ☆ 1 EL mildes Kokosöl ☆ 2 EL Kokosblütenzucker .
Die Haferflocken, Nüsse und Kerne mit den Gewürzen mischen. Das Kokosöl in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die Müsli Mischung darin rösten. Zum Schluß den Kokosblütenzucker kurz caramelisieren und fertig. Lasst es euch schmecken 👌💚👀. .

It's nearly Halloween meaning it's 100% acceptable to have smoothie bowls which look like poo 👀🕷🎃👻🖤 In this bad boy we have frozen banana, frozen blueberries, frozen kale, courgette (don't taste it, great way to get extra nutrients in!), @vivolife Salted Maca Caramel protein (my fave vegan blend!) , Spirulina (packed with Iron and protein), extra Maca (great for fatigue and sex hormones 🤷🏻♀️), coconut almond milk (tastes AMAZING), and topped with @deliciouslyella granola (because I am OBSESSED! ) 🤘🏻🍌🌱
