Well, I’m still alive 😅 my bladder infection is finally getting better, kidneys are fine 🙏🏻However, I spent my last two days puking 🤢 lovely, right? Reaction to the medicine 🙄 So today, I could finally eat at least a dry roll. Yey 😏 And that lovely food on the photo (Seitan, veggies and mushed potatoes) is all I can think of right now 😋 Hopefully I’ll be ready to film next week again. I’ll edit a recipe I filmed before I got sick for Sunday, though. Link to my channel in the bio. Miss you guys!
My favorite vegan pasta sauce: Arrabbiata 🌶 I like this particular one, because it’s spicy, but not too hot. We get 5 portions in total from this jar when we eat it with the whole grain spelt pasta from my previous photo. What’s your favorite vegan pasta sauce?
Tipp for lazy days: toast a few pieces of toast bread with a slice of a vegan cheese, Cheddar style, on each. Then top it with avocado and sprinkle your favorite seasoning on it. It is quick, warm and super delicious 😋 New video is also up - another delicious recipe for you guys. Link to my YouTube channel Wolf Moon in the bio 🐺🌛🌝🌜
Sensitive stomach after stomach flu needs mild food - but honestly, this combo is actually growing on me. Mushed spuds 🥔 with steamed carrots and broccoli 😋 and herbal salt 🌿 I ate two plates 😂 New video about my current favorite vegan perfumes is going to be up in about an hour! Spaghetti Squash Primavera for dinner tonight. Served with sautéed red onion, bell pepper, broccoli, garlic and arugula. Topped with tomato sauce and pine nuts.
Do you know the trick to getting longer, more spaghetti-like squash strands? Cut the squash widthwise, and roast it in rings rather than in halves. When you slice the squash lengthwise, you're cutting each strand in half, as they run around the diameter of the vegetable. Cut 1.5-inch widthwise slices (carefully!). Scrape out the seeds, roast at 425F on a lined pan for up to an hour (until the squash is soft), then pull the spaghetti squash strands away from the skin with a fork. Toss with tomato sauce and top with sautéed veggies and a sprinkling of pine nuts. Yum! 😊⭐️
Stomach virus progress: mushed potatoes with cooked carrots wohoo 🙌🏻 Find out what I eat as a grumpy vegan (because I loath being sick) with stomach flu in my latest video - link to my channel in the bio.
Wanted to make a peanut butter and coconut aubergine curry but turns out Stansted doesn't sell 🍆🍆🍆. Suppose some freshly grown marrow, celeriac and sweet potato from my Auntie's garden will have to do 🤔 Absolutely delightful, adapted from a super simple @olivemagazine recipe ☺️ Perfect Sunday munch!
Waffle fries with @daiyafoods cheddar style shred and @tobascosauce brand Sriracha! Bake your waffle fries and then make a pouch with the fries and Daiya cheddar, seal the top and throw it back in the oven until its melty! Add your hot sauce and enjoy!
Easy vegan pizza for lazy days 🍕 I bought vegan pizza dough, topped it with tomato sauce with herbs, fresh corn, eggplant and thinly sliced smoked tofu. I sprinkled oregano on the top 🌿 I baked my pizza in the oven according to the instructions on the pizza dough packaging. It was delicious! Cold season is curry season 😋 Our curry with Seitan, coconut milk and brown rice 🍚 So our bathroom renovation is slowly coming to an end. New video is coming tomorrow. I should be able to film twice next week. Love you guys 😘
I discovered a new vegan shop in Vienna! The location is linked to this photo. They have a very delicious rice based ice cream to which you can add various fruits, nuts and other things. They sell quite a few things without packaging, so you either take paper baggie or you bring your own jar. I bought there beans and raw protein shake and all was great. Thumbs up!
