When you have veggies that need to be used up I throw together my curried soup. Carrots, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, peas and corn. This was dinner last night but we had this for lunch again today. So good 🤗

Japanese udon with marinated tempeh and an epic peanut sauce. Been waiting to come to @soulpodfoods for a while and was in the area today. Great to see more plant based cafes in the eastern suburbs 🌿 will be back!

Happy 1 year Vegan anniversary!! 🎉 ( and 4 year dating anniversary) Got the ‘feast me’ from @smithanddaughters and it was amazing! Croquettes, Baked cauliflower, bean salad, coconut ceviche, pickled mushroom and smoked tofu and a chocolate ganache tart to finish! May have also got a jug of jalapeño margarita and red sangria 🍸🥂
Had the tastiest vegan brunch this morning, herby mushrooms with kale pesto, beetroot hummus, avocado on grainy bread. This was only $17 and was huge!! (I had to take some home!) so many vegan options at this cafe. Worth the travel. Will be back! 🌿
First attempt at vegan cheese cake - success! Cashew based cookies and cream cheesecake with peanut butter/choc ganache 🌿 This was for a work friends birthday and it turned out ok considering as I put like 3 recipes together to make it 😂

Working the next 7 days in a row up until Boxing Day. So I can fit in exercise and Christmas festivities I’ve cooked up a bunch of food for dinner and lunches. Vege lasagne, Brazilian black bean soup from @smithanddaughters cookbook, stirfry (I’ll make some rice through the week) and my fave okonomiyaki recipe from @veganricha for easy lunches. There’s also some sneaky dark roasted peanut butter 😍🌿 of course all the vegetables are from @ceresfairfood

Was in the area today so stopped into my favourite place to get bulk nuts and beans. An aim of mine for the new year is to incorporate more beans and lentils into my diet. The cheapest place I can find to get Australian almonds they have a special on them for $13kg! The store is called going nuts 🥜

Ahhhhhh love a bit of midweek delight. @rocksugarmelbourne was delicious! Coming back when I haven't driven for all the yummy cocktails. Solid vegan options and the ' feed me' can be vegan also (it's what I did ) Happy belly!

@takeandeatau tempeh stirfry on black rice for dinner tonight. I'm starting a week of night shifts tonight so did a bit of a cook up. Spinach, dill, lentil, sweet potato shepards pie, eggplant and chickpea curry, chickpea patties and burcher muesli for that midnight work snack. Love being organised before nights, because I'm so lazy when I'm on them 😂🌿
