So this was my breakfast this morning 😂 a failed attempt at making hash browns. It's got potatoes, a little bit of bell-pepper, carrots, and some tomato (which I should have added at the end instead of cooking them in or maybe next time I'll cook them separately bc they made my potatoes soggy 😭). Tasted good! I don't usually have savory breakfasts but I felt like having something hearty because I woke up late this morning (woops). Thanks to all the gorgeous people who have come to our #artofsaladmaking workshops so far. We have absolutely loved every minute of it, and can’t wait to do it all again tonight and tomorrow. Proceeds this month are going to Cancer Council for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. I love these workshops because of the mix of wonderful people we get to meet and who leave (hopefully) inspired and nourished and open to giving back to themselves and others. And best of all I get to do all this with @growyourheart #bettertogether x
It's been raining for 6 days straight here so I've been watching AAAAAALOT of movies. And we all know you can't watch movies without popcorn 🍿❤️ flavoured with nutritional yeast flakes, pink salt and smoked paprika.

10/18/17 Wednesday night dinner. Made a super quick easy meal tonight since I’ve been out pretty much all day. Used leftover homemade vegan meatballs and made a packet of organic vegan gravy. Then defrosted some broccoli and seasoned it with garlic and salt. All this over rice and dinner duties are done!
Throwback to some epic vegan French toast! Whoever said you need eggs to make good French toast?! Topped this with some fresh blueberries, peaches, strawberries and banana. With a drizzle of maple syrup❤️🤤
