I get alot of questions about how I eat and if I eat "semi-finished products" or if I just make my own food from scratch.
I do both, as I am a alone mother when Wolf is with me I don't have time or energy to cook from scratch all the time, so I buy ready food (the protein part) too.
When I make BIG burger- cooking, I use different beans lenses or tofu.
If I use beans I always soak them over the night, boil then next day and then mix and make the burgers.
AND YES , it takes some time but it's clean and really cheap !
This is how I cook my burgers, in the video I use tofu but you can use beans, lenses too the same way. 😻🌱
Starting the morning off with some black grapes, yes I am eating them out of a baby blender. 😂😂 I don't have many containers so I put my grapes in here and add water to it and toss it in the fridge overnight so my grapes stay hard. #rawtil4

I wanted summer to be travelling around Canada, to take pretty pictures of scenery, to be out camping, dipping my toes at the beach & immersing myself in nature. I wanted summer to be sunrises & sunsets with no sense of time. But there was little of that... this summer I really wanted to work on some personal projects & explore the world around me but the pressure of having a steady summer job & the fear of others viewing me as "incompetent" of obtaining a job got to me.
I can only look back & wonder if it was worth it....the money & pride over a feeling of freedom
What I Eat In A Day #1
Alrighty, I think I'll attempt to show you what I eat in a day few times a week so you could get some idea 😊 Although, it could sometimes be boring/ simple food but still delicious! Depends how busy I am that week and usually I eat the same for few days because it's convenient for me to meal prep and save time!! 👍🏼 Oh and I do intermittent fasting 16:8 because it works for body and daily schedule. IF has many benefits and a simple Google/YouTube search will answer all your curiosity for it 😊
Meal 1: Oats with turmeric, cinnamon, almond milk, bit of maple syrup & all the toppings you desire.
Meal 2: Post workout (Arms & Chest day) Mediterranean beans with spinach and PranaOn wildberry coconut protein shake (I forgot to take a pic 😂
Meal 3: Thai ramen noodle stir fry with sweet potato, spinach & oyster mushroom 👌🏼
Today's workout was pretty good considering I took about 2 weeks off gym and now doing the guide again. I forgot how hard it was!! But I love it at the same time! It's definitely the best guide I've ever bought online 👍🏼

This morning Ruby and I went for a little outing to our local library for a session of RHYME TIME. So much cuteness! A bunch of babies and toddlers with their mums singing nursery rhymes and playing musical instruments. We finished our morning by heading to a nearby cafe with our mumma and bubba friend , Kel and Kaiya for a coffee. 👌🏻☕️ Finished the day with an easy dinner.
Brown rice and Veggie Patty, steamed sweet potato and salad with sunflower mayo and nutritional yeast. 😋😋 Simple yet delicious 🤗 ✌🏼
