Good Morning Sunshine's 💞🌱
Post run pancakes 🥞🏃🏼♀️🌱
For when you have no idea what to eat 🤷🏼♀️. Found this little vegan pancake recipe over on @tescofood website - which is packed full of vegan ideas. 👏🏼🌱
These are made with self raising flour, mashed banana and a squeeze of lemon juice - such a simple recipe. I've topped mine with peanut butter, fresh fruit, a sprinkle of seed mix and some vegan whipped cream that I found over on @thevegankind. 🙌🏼🌱
Yes you read that right - you can buy vegan squirty cream 🙀Literally amazes me how we have these vegan alternatives 👏🏼🌱
Slightly of topic but I'm coming at you guys with balls - energy balls to be precise 💁🏼🌱
Do any of you lovelies have any recipes for energy/bliss balls? I'm completely stuck for ideas when it comes to these so if you guys have any go to recipes I'd love to know which ones you use. 🙋🏼🌱
Have a wonderful Sunday Sunshine's 😘💞🌱
Had a perfect start in this #sundayrunday through our forest which was a little challenge but so beautiful!🏃🌳😍 #nature#naturelove
Whenever the run gets tough, or a moment where my legs feel heavy or i need to run uphill, i always take a breath, focus on every step i'm doing and just try to continue. This long runs aren't easy in every minute for me but i enjoy them to 90% of the time. I just keep pushing through this little moments where it feels tougher and it's almost always so worth it! They're just a few moments, a short time and i also have them not often.
I always enjoy the runs, no matter how slow or fast i am, i always try to remember me that this is time only for myself and no one cares if i'm running a halfmarathon in less than 2 hours or a 5km run in one hour. YOU have to be proud that you didn't gave up, that you can say that you give your best and that it's fun to you!
So i feel thankful today that my body had let me run 20km this morning in a pace of 5'28" per km and i also can say that i really enjoyed it!🏃💕 #runninglove
I was also at the gym and made a few exercises for my back, a bit arms and an ab-circuit with ankle weights + a plank circuit which made me again a little sweaty but it was still fun🏋😄
Hope you had also a powerful start in this beautiful day💥 i just will relax a bit and prepare myself for a new week..💪
🍃 BUSHY PARK 🍃 .
London has such beautiful hidden treasures. Bushy park was the perfect spot for pregnancy photos. So much green and so many chilled deer hanging out in the shade. I was lucky enough for my talented friend Brylee to offer us this special gift ✨have you got a favourite park somewhere in the world? .
@travelmadmum suggests five great reasons to have a pregnancy shoot - one is a good excuse to get dressed up and feel special. As I've been primarily wearing leggings and have already become accustomed to stains all down my clothes it was nice to feel a bit more glam ✨ we also now have very special pictures we can look back on 🍃
It saddens me when people say that their kids won't eat veggies or that their kids only eat this or that... 🍞🍗🥞🍕🍔 Then I observe the society encouraging it. We start babies on rice cereal ( processed carbs) instead of fruits and vegetables. 🥝🥑🍏🍈🍉🍐🍑🍊🌶🌽🥕🍆🥒 And all kids meals at restaurants seem to have the salad component omitted. Nuggets and chips etc... I have always ordered adults meals or shared mine with my little one and he always enjoys the salad as much as the rest of his meals
What I love about our company is that we provide the chews for FREE to about 1 million kids around the world under the children's health study. And one of the reuslts observed in the study is that kids pallets are changing and they're asking for more fruits and vegetables. Winning.... #kidseatfree#kidseatveggies#healthyeating#plantpower#gmofree#thehealthnwealthcrew

The last few days have been very grey and rainy, but I keep craving nicecream. But chocolate flavored with the @nadamoo Chocolate chips. Whilst laying on my couch with a fluffy blanket with a good serie! Those are the small moments you need to enjoy the most. And find happiness in the smallest things!
Lazy Sunday mornings are my fave 🙏 a winning breakfast combo after a big sleep in. Coconut milk porridge with caramelized peaches, raspberries, peanut butter, and coconut with chia and honey🍑🍯 YUUUUM and a little coffee today too☕
Hope you're all having a happy weekend!💛
Sunday mornings 🏃🏼♀️ set off at a pace I couldn't sustain so ended up progressively running 10 seconds per mile slower every mile but still kept going. You won some you loose some hey! 🙋🏼 happy to sneak in a little sweat this weekend and a little thinking space too 🙈 praying I learn to run a little faster with race training 🌟 #girlgains
Today feels quite cold so I went for some porridge for breakfast! I added some spices to it so it felt really nice and comforting... cinnamon, ginger powder and nutmeg 😋😋 Also since porridge is slow releasing energy in the body, it will keep me nice and full for the whole trip to... wait for it... NEW FOREST !😀😀🙌🙌💚💚 I love it so much and I'm so excited to go back 🌴🌴😀😀 pictures of country side and wild horses to follow for sure 🙈🙈
If you want to quickly prep some energy bites to see you through next week, try my Cookie dough energy balls 🍪
These are made to be allergy friendly and kind to your system💚They are gluten free, refined sugar free, suitable for vegans and for people with dietary restrictions following a low fodmap eating plan. If you don't require this recipe to be Low fodmap, feel free to add whatever sweetener, protein powder or nut butter that you like.
Thanks to everyone who has made these already. 💛
2 cups of oats (feel free to substitute some of the oats with a low fodmap protein powder of your choice)
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tbsps coconut oil
2-4 tbsp of fodmap friendly sweetener of choice(e.g pure maple syrup, rice malt syrup, coconut nectar)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Small handful of chocolate chips or cacao nibs (I used real food source Dairy free Coconut sugar chocolate chips)
Pop all of the ingredients (except for the chocolate chips, and start off with just 2tbsp of the sweetener) into a food processor and mix well for a couple of minutes until everything is smooth and fully combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if required.
Stir through the chocolate chips or cacao nibs and roll into balls. Pop into the fridge to firm up. Store in the fridge for about a week in an airtight container or the freezer for up to 3 months.
