I care so deeply about the earth and the animals that inhabit the world alongside us, but I've shoved this part of me aside for so long, the part of me that sees the connection of ALL beings and all of nature. But the more I travel down my path in life, the more I realize I cannot continue to push parts of my soul aside

I’m seeking volunteers to participate in my virtual focus group. My goal is to collect information about what education, tools, and resources are critical for parents who are interested in raising vegan kids.
Questions and discussions will primarily revolve around current challenges you are facing. Your views and input will be used simply to help me effectively create an educational product to meet the needs of vegan families with kids, who are seeking support in this lifestyle. Your participation is 100% voluntary and you may leave the group at any time.
You must either be:
1) Currently raising vegan kids and seeking additional support, OR
2) Strongly thinking about doing so (i.e. not vegan yet, but intending to make this transition with your whole family/kids)
The focus group will begin on Friday, June 30 but you may request access to join at any time while it is open (the sooner, the better!). If you would like to participate, please comment here or DM me and I'll get you added. Thank you SO much in advance for your help!
I probably won't be seeing the inside of a gym for a few days but I've been putting in some genuine effort in the last two weeks. Hopefully I can keep that going for the rest of the summer. As an added bonus it feels acceptable to not smile in gym selfies.

I was nervous for tonight's hill workout because I wasn't sure how my foot was going to hold up. 15 min warm up, 45 mins of hills at a hard effort, then 15 min cool down. Started out wayyyy too fast and paid for it at the end but my foot felt great, even with some speedy downhills pavement running. 9 miles total @ 8:15 min/mi and 1,266 feet of climbing. Last really hard workout before Whiteface Sky Race!
#tbt 2011 - on my first cruise ship - I had just watched the circus and decided I wanted to run away with them 😂 this almost got me kicked off 😳 but this sparked the next year of my life - actually planned on join circus school haha this got me my love of pole fitness, rock climbing, I started gymnastics as an adult, and from all this my confidence grew, my passion grew! ••••• don't be afraid to do things alone or things that scare you! In case you haven't noticed I'm obsessed with sweet breakfasts 🙊 today I made chocolate quinoa porridge and it didn't disappoint! 🍫 To make it I just combined 1/4 cup of quinoa with 1/2 cup of almond milk and 1tbsp cacao powder and cooked on a low heat on the stove until the quinoa had sprouted 🌱 (I added more milk over that time as I noticed it drying up). I then added in a drizzle of coconut syrup and some chopped walnuts for more texture 👅 and topped with berries, a big chunk of @mayversfood PB and my favourite dry ingredients from @thesourcecamberwell 🍓🙌🏼

I started making a chia seed cup parfait thingy then decided I neeeeeeed MORE! I wanted banana and more blueberries. So, I super sized it into a bowl 😀 I could eat 5 gallons of blueberries!!!! For real ✨🍇✨ I wish we had blueberry farms here. You people on the mainland are super lucky right now! Get out there and pick some berries 💕🍇🍓🍒✨ Berry n' cherry picking season is the bestest!!! 😍
