Monday #couplegoals from my mini #variegatedvanilla orchid and #variegatedcoffee tree. Now the question is, will they produce white vanilla beans and white coffee beans lol!?? So in few years, will I have homegrown white vanilla latte? 🧐
If I'm being honest, I thought that gluten free pancakes would taste gross. But I actually liked them a lot better than the regular ones! I mean they're not fluffy obviously, but who cares about that if they're delicious? 😋
- 1 cup of oats, ground
- baking powder 2 tsp
- cinnamon 1 tsp
- almond milk 1 cup
- chia egg (2 tbsp chia seeds soaked in 1/3 cup of water)
- maple syrup 2 tbsp
- vegetable oil 1 tbsp
I served the pancakes with more maple syrup, fresh figs, grapes 🍇, and clementines 🍊
Moss does not occur naturally everywhere, but when our Horticulture team sees it starting on a path they like to give it a little encouragement! Additional moss has been added to a section of path in the Healing Garden! Within the next few weeks we will also add new plants...stay tuned!
This was my first time cooking tofu, and it was a complete success! (If I do say so myself 😜) Crispy tofu #recipe :
Toss tofu in a mixture of corn starch, salt and pepper, and fry until golden brown and crispy. Add teriyaki sauce and sweet chili sauce.
After my tofu was done, I cooked sweet pepper and pineapple 🍍in the remainder of the sauce, and served everything with rice 🍚
