Cudowny dzisiaj dzień, piękna jesień, słońce od rana do wieczora. Ze szkoły można było wrócić w swetrze, albo i bez !
Miałam dziś na 9:45 zamiast na 8 wiec tym bardziej dzień zaczął się swietnie. Na śniadanie zrobiłam wegańskiego omleta z marchewką w środku, którego nie jadłam już wieki 🌱😊
I widzicie tu tez czekoladę, gorzką czekoladę... można powiedzieć, ze to mój pierwszy raz z taką Haha! No poza tym kiedyś, gdy koleżanka w podstawówce dała mi spróbować taka chyba ponad 90%, musiałam wypluć. Ale ta miała 70% i według mnie to ona gorzka nie jest, ale słodka, składem tez według mnie nie zachwyca, ale nie znam się na czekoladach 😂 Fajnie się rozpuszczała to na pewno ❤️
A teraz smażę kotleciki jaglano-pomidorowe tym razem z dodatkiem duszonej cebulki, a na 19 lecimy z mama i siostra na zumbe w kolejne miejsce ! Trzymajcie kciuki żeby była super !

Kilka lat temu producenci mięsa i kiełbasy szydzili z nas. Dziś sami zaczynają produkować rzeczy dla osób na dietach bezmiesnych. I dobrze, bo wegetarian (w tym wegan) w Polsce jest ok.10%. No sugar, no eggs, no dairy PINK Pancakes with berries and fruits.

2 cups buckwheat 
2 cups plant based milk (1/4 cup nuts + 2 cups water, blended on high speed)
2 tbsp ground flax seeds + 6 tablespoons water 
2 bananas  1 tbsp @organifi red juice
3 tbsp coconut oil melted 
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder

Make flax eggs by combining ground flax seeds and water and set aside.
Place buckwheat in the blender. Blend until you get a powder-like consistency. 
Add nuts and water, blend on high speed. 
Add all other ingredients to blender and blend on low speed until a thick batter is formed. 
Using a table spoon scoop the batter into the heated pan. Cook 2 min on each side.
Enjoy with maple syrup, berries, sliced fruit of your choices. I used kiwi, strawberries, coconut flakes and sliced bananas.

🌱Queso queso de dos tipos diferentes de @violife_foods (estilo mozarella y queso azul) no se si es porque llevo mucho tiempo sin comer queso pero no noto diferencia, solo que no se hincha la barriga!! 😄 y están super buenos!👌 .

Raw Vegan Tiramisu

Heavenly delicious Raw Vegan Tiramisu version without diary, eggs, refined sugar and gluten. The texture is sublime and the flavors are to die for. With crumbly almond-cold-pressed coffee “lady-fingers” and a rich cashew cream layered in between, it’s a decadent vegan dessert that will impress everyone.
You can't go wrong with this one. What could be better, or more mouth watering?
Ingredients:
Crust • 1 cup walnuts • 1 cup dates • 2 tbsp cold-pressed coffee
Ladyfingers • 1 cup almond meal • 1 cup dates • 2 tbsp cold-pressed coffee • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1 tbsp cacao powder Cream • 2 cups cashews, pre-soaked • 2 tbsp coconut oil • 3 tbsp maple syrup • 1 tbsp vanilla extract • 1-2 cup water
Topping • Cacao powder

Instructions
Crust: blend walnuts into flour in a blender. Add dates and coffee and blend well. Press evenly into the bottom of a lined with parchment paper 8×4 inch pan.
Ladyfingers cookie: blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Form 8x4 inch cookie layer and put into freezer, while you are blending the cream.
Cream: blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and thick, adding water as needed. Spread half this mixture onto your crust, then place your lady fingers cookie on top of the cream. Spread on the rest of the cream and set in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours to harden.
Use a small fine mesh strainer and put some cacao powder in it, to sprinkle evenly across the top of the tiramisu.
Cut into squares. Enjoy!

Esse treino novo de perna está com ênfase nos músculos que eu tenho mais dificuldade em fazer crescer que são: posteriores de coxa e adutores. (Parte de trás e parte interna).
Pelas fotos, vcs percebem que meu quadríceps (parte da frente) é  bem forte e desenvolvida. Por isso tem só 1 exercício isolado pra ele (cadeira extensora).

4x8 ou 10 ou 12 ou 15 = eu faço 4 séries de ou 10 ou 12 ou 15 repetições. Sendo que por exemplo, se for 10, tem que estar TÃO PESADO a ponto de eu não conseguir fazer 11. E por aí vai. Ou seja, eu coloco um peso que eu sei que entre 8 e 12 repetições meu músculo chegará a Falha Concêntrica (não tem mais capacidade de se mover e fazer o exercício). -
 Eu descanso 40 segundo entre as séries.
Esse treino durou 50 minutos.

Aquecimento foi na cadeira extensora e depois :
- (Video)  Agachamento livre (25kg em cada lado + o peso da barra uns 7kg) 4x10 revezado com Flexora Vertical (cada caneleira com 5kg) 4x10. .
Afundo revezado com Stiff (vídeo anterior) obs: era pra ser 4x10 mas estava leve então fiz mais pra ir #ateafalha .

Depois teve Leg press 45° (pés em baixo ) 4x8 revezado com mesa flexora 4x12.
.
Maissss Leg press 45° (pés em cima) 4x10 revezado com cadeira adutora (meu ponto fraco) 4x15.
.
Cadeira extensora 4x12 também revezado com cadeira adutora 4x15.
 Mas só consegui gravar esse e o vídeo que postei ontem! . 
E depois disso tudo, treinei Tríceps e panturrilha.

3 cups romain lettuces chopped
1/2 cup spinach
1 dragon fruit cut into stars
1/2 banana sliced
1/3 cup blueberries
1/3 cup green grapes halved 
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp hemp hearts

Strawberry Ginger dressing
1 cup strawberries
1 zucchini peeled
1 lemon juiced
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 inch fresh ginger peeled
1/2 cup water 
Directions:
Blend all dressing ingredients, set aside.
Arrange all salad ingredients in the bowl.
Toss the salad with the sauce. Enjoy!
