Cool dins for hot nights! 💧🔥Invented this cold Israeli couscous salad the other day to finish up my jar of @nyshuk harissa : harissa, ricotta, turkey meatballs with roasted carrots, cherry tons and beetroot. Served with lemon cucumber yoghurt and fresh mint.

1/2 Cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon @traderjoes whole chia seeds
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup @traderjoes almond milk
2 Tablespoons almond butter
1/2 banana sliced (slice in morning and top) ~Mix the oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon in the mason jar or bowl. Add the almond milk and stir well. Drop in the almond butter and mix. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
In the morning, top the oats with the banana slices. You can drizzle on some extra almond butter and add a pinch of cinnamon to the top of the bananas as well! Thanks @deliciouslittlebites for this amazing recipe.
