All the hype about kale...
Finally I cook and ate it! It was mind- blowingly expensive and I refrained. Frankly speaking it did not look appetizing. Yesterday I found some at a more reasonable price, finally it was grown locally!
Well, this thing is from Plenty More the cookbook. Heavily flavoured with kicap manis, sesame oil, garlic, sesame.. I tried a little plain as well just after I steamed it. Kale is... meh.
Give me kai lan any day.
