Yay, back at it with polebuddy @lixtheid .We went out for dinner last night with our polecommunity. Super happy I found a sport which is challenging, rewarding and do-able.(Eventhough I never thought it was before I started ) and a sport which has such a great community around it. Online & Offline #poleislife#thankyou

This week @charleeshae and I won Amazingness. It was such an incredible experience! We recieved so much positive appreciation for pole and pole doubles! I also would love to point out that this was the first time ever I took my arm completely off the pole for this trick. Charlee is literally holding me up 100% while doing a no-handed jade. Is it weird to say I trust her and her thigh grip more than anyone else?!?!?!! Hahaha. We are so excited for more amazing things to happen together as a duo partnership!!!!!
Week 4 - Flexibility work
Day 22 🎉 Flowmotion! This week we're starting with something I call Flowmotion. The lower body is our focus for today. You can find a full length routine and individual lessons on this style of stretching on my website or app! The basic idea behind Flowmotion stretching is following your breath with continuous motion! Slow and intentional movement into the next position, without stopping or pausing to hold a stretch. I'm actually moving faster than I normally would to try and demo this in 60 secs. These stretches can also help you focus on body awareness and alignment. Each time you run through the sequence you reach a bit farther than the last. The muscles are ACTIVE as you move and these can be done as a warm up or a relaxing session before bed! It's actually pretty challenging to move slowly, without stopping to hold a stretch! So don't worry if it feels odd at first! Keep practicing and follow your breath inhaling to start the motion, exhaling when you move to the next position, inhale as you switch again. You can move even slower if you'd like to do a few cycles of breath as you move to the next position. If you have the lessons I highly suggest taking a peek to learn more! 💜
