A fleeting glance of a FB check-in on my feed.. The #sequence of events of sorts that led me to this nice little #cozy joint in "apnu amdavad".. When I saw what the place had to offer, I wanted to visit it immediately.. but it took me a whole evening of doing practically nothing and a very #unimaginative#lunch to finally convince someone to accompany me for dinner here.. Just like my current perennial #though process, triggered everytime I try to make food and it turns out to be even a #wee bit good, "what-would-i-serve-in-my-restaurant-if-ever-i-open-one", I found this very similar to it and also to my liking.. Although would have loved some nice add-ons and #sidedishes with these #bowlmeals , I found the my #bowl of #goodies quite filling.. I was fully #content .. Do visit if you love your meal #portioned with #loads of different #ingredients and flavours.. don't know if it was a classic musical symphony of flavours (#textures /#Colors / #chemistry ), but it sure is a bit of a nice little jazz concert..

Did you know that there is a such thing of too much of a good thing. Yes! You can actually overdo it on good quality food and not see the results you are wanting.
Now these cute colored fix containers have removed the guess work of portion size for this busy mama, are awesome to travel with and literally save me to this day.
Since I love them so much I'll be kicking off a 5 day group this month to teach others how eating cleaner can be easy for the busiest of lives as well.( mamas, parents, teachers, students... everyone is welcome) Providing a set Meal Plan for free, AXCESS to my workouts and to have a strong support system.
