This weekend we went clambering over some rocks by the sea as the tide was rolling in. The waves were splashing up so high against the rocks and of course this guy couldn’t resist getting up close. So thankful for this wild, adventurous husband I get to explore Maine with! 😍🌊💞

‼️ MUST READ: "My name is Crosby Johnson, and I am an alcoholic. Over the past year I have lost everything, gone to treatment straight from detox, gained a year of continuous sobriety, and have truly worked hard to climb out of the hole which I dug through my addiction. For me things started in high school. I always wanted to fit in but didn’t really know how. I was the classic chameleon they talk about. Always trying to blend with whichever group didn’t see my true colors.
The first time I smoked a cigarette was on the back porch at my parents house. With a friend after school, knowing my parents wouldn’t be there. So, there we were on the deck. There it was, the sad excuse of a Bali Shag rollie. I took a puff and I fell in love. As if at that moment I accepted that I would do whatever I could to make myself feel better in the moment as long as I didn’t get caught. To make it simple, from the first substance I tried to the last. My selfishness and general fear controlled the way I lived my life and the only way to ignore those defects of character was to use the only solution I knew at the time, drugs and alcohol.
Now, through the power of staying True To recovery, I live a clean and sober life. Full of work, meetings, good sponsorship, and being able to help the guy wearing my last years pair of shoes. Slowly but surely I built the foundation to live a life worth living. One that my friends, my family, and the community around me can be proud of. That’s why I choose to stay True To recovery."
We want to thank Crosby for being so brave and sharing his story of sobriety. We are incredibly proud of you and your hard work/dedication. You are an inspiration and we can't wait to hear more about your journey as it continues 👍 #TrueToRecovery#MondayMotivation

Come to my Tuesday morning yoga class tomorrow at 8-8:45 @hustleflowstudio ! Practicing yoga is all about making self-discoveries, like: breathing in challenging situations, accepting yourself the way you are and sweating from places that look like they shouldn't sweat, like your shins. Thank you @yrsadaleyward for the reminder ✨ Oh, and the tunes tomorrow will be a combo of Dev Hynes and SZA! 🔊✔️🔥
