After 16years of not competing, been a former Ms #fitness NSW & a week later became MS Eastcoast Australia. Things definitely changed after I competed 2 weeks ago, the whole sport now has more #bodybuilding #figurecompetitor than ever before,even in the fitness & bikini divisions. There are divisions in recent years, like 40plus & mumma fitness divisions, especially with the men's division have broadened. It's great to see more Competitors given it a go.
For me I have given it 110%, doinng all this with a beautiful #toddler boy.
The divisions I went in were hard, though I never placed, I was proud with my journey and the amazing #bodytransformation that I lost 16kgs in 4 months & all this while I've only been on the #goldcoast 6 months from #sydney . I was and still am very #determined #driven to go again.
Never give up or back down, life is to short not too live it.
